Good assortment of goods but the staff isn't very helpful regarding the search of missing clothing size in their stock, but all in all for the choice of products four stars.

Lovely staff, especially the lady at the till, i bought 1 item as their xmas selection this year leaves a little to be desired for. Otherwise a quick and uneventful visit (I was hoping for some inspired Christmas gift ideas but was met with mediocre stuff.)

I always enjoy shopping in Debenhams - the quality of their goods is superb. The shops and the staff are efficiently run and prices attractive. Am so sorry they may have to close due to the recession caused by the coronavirus.

A better range in stock at present. You have to look carefully at any offers as you cannot get double benefits. Read the small print before shopping. Staff dont seem very happy to see you either. Charm school might help. Will go back again to give them a second chance.

It's such a shame to visit this store. It has lost it's way, all the premium brands are gone, it looks like it will close at any moment. The cafe upstairs was atrocious. Great range of top quality stock in all departments, the other half was less happy as they had no ladies cardigans anywhere. Easy to see why they have trading problems in todays cut throat retailing market. They need to take lessons from past masters and start piling it high and selling it cheap.
