We've often come to this place when we've visited Brixham, you just get great fish and chips at a very good price,
Next door was fish and chips for £13+ so having these with peas, some bread and butter plus tea/coffee for £6.95 is great value - I'm sure there are reasons it's £

The fish and chips was lovely I definitely recommend friendly 👨🍳 chefs and professional very helpful I asked for takeaway but I sat in and ate my meal they didn't even ask me extra money very polite they told me sit down and eat

We visited Brixham today and found the majority of restaurants/ pups stop serving food at 3pm, until we found the Golden Fish who were open. To the back of the shop there is plenty of seated tables, all spotlessly clean. Our meal was excellent value and piping hot, well worth the money including app
The chips from here are extremely well priced and so, so tasty! The staff are so kind and cannot do enough for you!
Also, the chips weren’t doused in salt unlike when we went to Nick’s a few doors down!
I would highly recommend this chip shop! They have queues due to the delicious food and service
