Stumbled across Liberty on holiday and was pleasantly surprised. The creative cocktails and friendly atmosphere made it a great place to enjoy a drink and relax! (the photos are of the signature cocktails: jelly legs and new Orleans hurricane, and a long island iced tea)
A cool and relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff and a great selection of teas, patisserie and cocktails. A perfect place for a get together or night out with friends. Quirky and fun with plenty of professionalism I will be coming back!!
Fantastic decor and vibes here. I ordered a crab sandwich and the friendly staff prepared one for me, despite it being later in the day (which was delicious!). I can see why this place was the top cocktail bar rated on TripAdvisor last year – fantastic place!
A real gem in our home town and we are so lucky to have an amazing establishment such as this.
3 real highlight's to Liberty; The décor is fantastic the quality of the food and cakes is one of the best in Torbay and the staff are so friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Maxine the Manager she is brilliant. Very attentive and creates a great team spirit.
Look forward to going back soon and supporting our local business after the busy summer tourist season.

Lovely bar with friendly service, great cocktails, kids enjoyed the mocktails. Could have spent all day sitting outside by the harbour

Staff are amazing and take the time to talk to you about all different cocktails and tailor the best cocktail for you. I cannot express how good they are at explaining you the best cocktails. Lovely place to watch the world go by with some fantastic cocktails. Friday/Saturday nights are the party nights and sounds so much fun.

35 types of tea. Had the Lapsang butterfly tea and it was lovely. A really nice place 👍 Dog friendly too..
My friend and I popped in for a drink and a cake. The service was brilliant and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I love the decor in here too. The cakes were OK but we wouldn't have them again. My friend tells me the paninis are lovely.

A fantastic fresh and modern looking establishment, my wife and I went in for a hot drink and ended up having a cream tea, which comes with 2 scones! A very extensive selection of spirits: gin, rum & whiskey to name a few, which meant a great selection of cocktails, so we ended up having one. Very nice and a good price at £7.95. Also on offer is patisserie cakes, tea cakes and other snacks. Well worth a visit!

The decor is excellent and the food is of a high quality. The prices are towards the higher end of the scale.
Seating is available both inside and out. Great Location.

This is officially my "Happy Place" and I'm going to be really sad to finish my holiday and leave this place at the end of the week. The decor is beautiful; art decor inspired and really tastefully done. Cocktails and mocktails are delicious as were the cakes. Really really recommend a visit and if you go on a week night, it's usually pretty quiet.

Tasty outdoor cream tea for one. Nice bar indoors, basic open air tables in the sunshine. Lovely cakes and well priced.
We've come a few times over the last year and enjoyed every visit, in winter it's cozy and has a good fun local vibe. In summer it's open and busy and a different but equally good experience. Well worth a tea or two
