:-) Went here for lunch yesterday in the pouring rain ! The staff were welcoming, the food was imaginative and tasty (pork burger with chorizo bacon and onions; avocado on sourdough bread with poached eggs and coriander ) the coffee was great and the hot chocolate was awesome !! And as if that wasn't enough the music was an intelligent and eclectic choice :-) Oh, and did I mention the sticky toffee cake was to die for :-)

We had a lovely meal (vegan and gluten free butternut squash and coconut soup for me, and Porky’s revenge for my partner), freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and cake (vegan and gluten free). It was all delicious and we even got a couple of pieces of cake to take home . Very friendly staff, and Bentley our dog was also welcome which was great .

Went here for lunch for the first time on Monday, what a great place, the food was so tasty, and they had so much choice. I have to go back to try all the other food on offer. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved it, If you're in Brixham you really must try this place.

Only the best place for brunch in the whole of Devon! I literally couldn't love this place more and am to drive the 40+ mins it takes to get there because it's 100% worth it!

Had an absolutely incredible dinner here at the Curious Kitchen last night. Front of house was attentive and friendly, and all aspects of the decor and ambience were spot on- informal and tasteful. Chef Adam effortlessly brought together a beautiful 3 course meal, not before a delicate little amuse-bouche soup of squash and fresh sourdough with smoked butter. The summer veg salad was light and crunchy, followed by the star of the show, the lamb. Tender and rich with a stunning gravy and velvety minted Hollandaise, I could have buried my face in the plate. The lemon posset to finish was very clever, as it cleansed the pallet with sharp rhubarb and refreshing lemon, yet wasn't too heavy. An absolute triumph. Keep up the good work people

We were looking for somewhere that did “brunch” as opposed to a fry up and found ourselves here after we saw the menu. Really interesting breakfast options, beautifully cooked and great service. Our new breakfast favourite and we will be heading back often.

Our visit to Curious Kitchen met up to the hype on social media, with friendly staff, incredibly delicious food & outgoing speed matching customer demand to get things out quickly 🤘🏼 staff knew their specials well, sold their products with detail and knowledge and this came through into their service. 🤠 would highly recommend coming down! You’ll see the photos match exactly what they advertise. Will be visiting again tomorrow morning before we go home. 🏠

The food was great, a bit expensive (>£13 per meal )than others. The crew was very nice as well. We had beef brisket which I recommend, and breakfast burrito (not so much on this) Deffo try their coffee. Its popular and small space so might wait a while to be seated. Public parking across

The food and service just get better year after year. Ash and his fab team offer quality meals and drinks. Plus it is dog friendly which is always a bonus. I totally recommend the French Toast for brunch.

Went twice here for there brunch menu, both tines had excellent food, though not traditional breakfast there offering where varied and good for all tastes. I enjoyed the breakfast burrito so much I had it both visit. But my wife enjoyed other items as well. Good friend service, and fair pricing.

I have now reached 50 and in that time I have had a great number of breakfasts. Today I reached Nirvana with the best take on a traditional English breakfast ever! From the service to the atmosphere and more importantly the food, every aspect was in a word brilliant. It's not that often that I feel the need to thank the chef. It was that good!!!

I can honestly say this is the best food I have ever tasted in my life. I’m not one to leave reviews but this was to die for. The amount of flavour in the foods, the representation, down to the service is amazing! If you ever find yourself in Brixham, this is a must visit!

Lovely attentive service, even though it was very busy we felt very well looked after. Food was amazing, and we took a donut home to have as a treat later that evening which was INCREDIBLE! We will definitely be back, thank you!

A true gem. Just took my partner for the best brunch I have ever had. Amazing quality food with fantastic value for money. I loved how everything was locally sourced or indeed homemade, so rare these days. To make things even better they have there own bakery down the road. We went and grabbed the best donuts ever and a delicious coffee. This place is epic with great service, amazing food and very reasonable pricing allowing plenty of tipping space. 10/10
