Fantastic cuisine, I went last night with my brother, superb menu the Cornish mussels were tempting to be fair Christophe, Corina and Charlie so very welcoming. Olivia the Chef(s) massive compliments my onglet of Beef was melt in the mouth, a shallot jus with triple cooked chips &veg. My brother had the muntjack with creamed cabbage a definite recommend, he loved it I also had the home made syrup sponge with custard and Ice cream for after, it was a real treat in a great atmosphere lovely staff, very calming with a lovely open fire in the main bar. If you haven't been then you should car parking check website for times before you go.

What a lovely evening we had, great food, excellant front of house and good company. This pub has a great atmosphere and has become my favourite.��

We called in to The Red Lion for lunch last week, it was fabulous. The goats cheese salad was to die for! Great service and atmosphere.

A lovely evening back at the Red Lion on Friday night, great service and excellent food. Loved the French gin too! Not wanting to tell everyone how good it is though in case we can't get in when we want! We'll be back soon.

A brilliant meal with great service, thank you. Favourite parts were the Ox tail in puff pastry with mash and veg and the nougart pudding, highly recommended, as is Olivier's sloe gin. Great to see Olivier back in the area since his time at The Sweet Olive and we will definitely be back! Rob & Lucy
