Handy ranch of Greggs that serves the bus station mainly. Hot drinks, cakes and other snacks - great if you are getting a bus or coach and want a bit to eat
I do agree with other comments that it is a smoking area for the bus drivers and also a public entrance to the bus station.

Amazing service! I popped in here after a long journey Sunday afternoon and both the girls working were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble - a real assets to the store.
Favourite Greggs shop by far! All the staff there are so polite and efficient. Never seen a que get so short so fast! The food here is delicious and at a great price. Clean and tidy every time I’ve walked in and I come here often.
The man working on Friday around 3-4 such a nice man. Asked for pizza and it was cold and he said are you sure you want it - I wouldn’t personally eat it. This is the customer service we need form Greggs!! Not being given a cold item and not even informed about it. Even made me a fresh warm pizza!!

Did click and collect. I got there early and was served straight away. Food and coffee tasted great as always!

Ally & Mel, both should get a promotion, great customer service, Mel calls everyone Love....which is lovely, both with smiles on there faces, They make the bus & coach station, they know the locals and help the homeless where possible. Keep it up!
Early mornings they need more staff but the staff that are working are working very hard to keep the customers happy they are great.
Just to say a brought a vegan sausage roll delicious nicer than the meat ones and I am not vegan
Always have a great experience in this shop. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Not to mention the food is excellent and the pastry always crispy!

But it's kinda losing it's cheap appeal nowadays.
Start the day with a bacon n omelette bap with a reasonable coffee.
