It is a slow-moving restaurant, from order to preparing food, so don't expect fast service here.
On the whole pretty good. Food standard as it is at all KFC.
This is a fairly clean KFC, located on the second floor of Cabot Circus, which was not very crowded when we visited on Sunday evening. The service is fast and courteous, and the food is hot and fresh. There is the typical selection of KFC meals, wraps, and burgers - but also cookies and small cake treats. Drinks are free-flow from the soda fountain. They didn’t have the spicy bites when we were there; interestingly this outlet said they don’t serve them. The place seems to be frequented by a younger demographic, so there’s plenty of laughter and lots of chatter, which is nice. The artworks along the walls are interesting and quite cool. There’s also another KFC outlet on Union Street, quite close to this one in Cabot Circus Mall.

Everything was delicious. We ate a box meal that had a hamburger, a piece of breast, corn, chips and a drink. I couldn't eat it all! Highly recommended.
Went to KFC yesterday it was it was better than last week the lady behind the counter was very helpful
It's still the best fried chicken out there!

The chicken is too salty for me and not enough flavor. Coke is too sweet.

I think this KFC is better than the one on Union Street. This one has self service - you can order and pay on a screen at its door. And this restaurant is well ventilated. You have a much lower chance of catching the virus here than at the one on Union Street.
Easy to order. Great food.
Fresh chicken. It attracts large crowd and the quality is reasonable. It is the only KFC branch that gave me student discount. It is weird but all the other branches that I went, said we don’t have student discounts, this branch applied 10% student discount on my order.
The only problem is long queue and long waiting time in the busy hours.
