the “little” burgers are basically one patty instead of two, would say the small one is more than enough for one. love the free toppings, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes and grilled onions are great. remember to add sauce as it doesn’t come with any sauce if not added!
Five guys is absolutely amazing. The price is quite high. But for a good quantity and quality. A cool thing is that a small fries at five guys is like 1-2 large fries at McDonald's 😂. But that does make it more worth the price. The burgers and everything are so fresh and delicious that it will never disappoint ever. If you are looking for a loyal, quantity with quality fast food takeout. Here's the place. It's worth trying it trust me. This review wouldn't be so big if it wasn't.
Brilliant service and food, staff made me feel really welcomed and made my visit to Bristol get off to a great start. Definitely visit again next time in Bristol
We dined in Five Guys on Queens Road and received the most amazing customer service EVER! The girl is called El and she was absolutely stunning. The moment we entered we were greeted very warmly and she helped us with any questions about the menu and checked in on us a few times while we were having our food. El has the most welcoming smile and extremely friendly and professional attitude! Definitely deserves a raise!
One of the best burgers I have had in a while!
I ordered a cheeseburger and the patty was juicy and the burger itself was delicious. The milkshake on the side was creamy and have a very thick texture, it was good with the fast-food-restaurant standard. The burgers are the truly outstanding ones.
Although I am slightly dissatisfied with the price, a cheeseburger with only a beef patty and cheese charging 15 pounds seemed unbelievable to me. Even with the great taste, the price was way too high compared to other fast food restaurants like McDonald's and burger king. However, if you are going for the best quality, most delicious burgers, five guys is definitely the ideal place to go.
The place itself was clean and tidy. Staff was also friendly and gave warm smiles whilst we waited.
Best tasting burger hands down. The tomato sauce was a lil sweet, next time I'll skip it.
The super friendly staff made our 10-yr old godson a fabulous milkshake with extra crunchy bits for his birthday and then gave it to us on the house. Thank you to the gals at Five Guys Clifton!
One of the best burgers I've had in a long time! Food was really tasty. Really enjoyed. Good quality bacon cheese burger with multiple personalised toppings. Great chips. Coca-Cola Freestyle machine is always a bonus.
Service was good and food was fast. Staff polite and helpful. Restaurant was clean and quiet.
Not sure on the price of two cheeseburgers, regular chips and a drink was over £30 which me and my partner shared. Although the chips were generous and each burger had two patties; I thought it was very overpriced.
Enjoyed it as something new and different but not sure that I'd return just on the price. Feel like I could get better quality and a bigger burger at a joint in town. Quality-wise would definitely eat again at a better price!! 🍟🍔🥓🧀
Great place, great staff & generous portions, quality product. Good quality sodas & the nuts is always a nice touch.

Service and atmosphere is amazing here. Great team. Matthew at the till was super friendly and positive.
The burgers are very tasty and their famous fries are just briliant.
Great job guys!
It's a decent enough burger although the bun is pretty generic and could easily have been steamed a little to make it more appetising. As for the £10.85 price tag for a double cheese burger it is certainly moving on up to the pricer end of the market. As was in the news yesterday a five guys spoke person justified the price by saying that its because of all the extra toppings you can add for free that are fresh that bumps the price up.
But whining their right mind has all 16 toppings for free? A drunk 18 year old student most likely? Although the meat patties are of a much higher standard than your average kebab van. It's basically just a way of justifying the price tag.
Yes the odd person will make use of all 16 free toppings but most likely they won't. Just adopting the same principle as subway. Although at a much higher price.
For those of you that think this is a banging burger, then think again. Its not. Its good but not great.
To compare if you want a banging burger then check out Magu over in Bath. Go there eat a burger, then come back to 5 guys.
5 Guys is definitely at the top of their game when it comes to the other mainstream burger establishments, but it's a long way off what's classed as a banging burger.
Location of the branch I visited is great though, Queens Road on the Triangle in Clifton, Bristol, which as a whole is making that strip a real foodies delight for those that like their takeaways, plenty to choose from.
If you're going to charge £10.85 at least sort your rolls out
This is one of the best burgers around no matter which five guys you are at.
A few things worth noting. Don't get a fries each. Share! They are large portions. The "little burgers" are the single patty burgers. The regular ones are double patty. All the toppings are free. And yes you can ask for extra cheese and extra bacon!!!! You're welcome.
It's not cheap. But it's good. Easily good enough to justify the price.
An extremely energetic team with tons of personality making the experience great. Food was cooked to perfection. Will be here again very soon!
Service was a little slow and took a while for our milkshake to appear (to the point I had to go up and ask as we had already eating our food.
Food is always good though! Loads of chips and wasn't too busy given it was a Saturday night and headed there for a cheeky little outing :)
