Pony Bistro - Bristol - Photo album

The food was superb, but the service lacked a bit of depth in explaining the origins of the ingredients and how they cooked it. I highly recommend trying the anchovies, it was genuinely one of the best dish I've tried! Other dishes were nice, but the atmosphere was a bit too quiet with a lack of e
Very very nice. Top top, will go again many times I'm sure. Great flavours, service is really good as well. I think the price is reasonable, drinks aren't expensive either and they've got a full selection from Bristol Beer Factory all on tap which is a big plus.
The food here was amazing!! Had the most delicious meal, and the waiters/waitresses were lovely and welcoming as well. Feel really sad that this is leaving North Street but looking forward to it reopening. I would 100% recommend this as a special occasion place, the restaurant was super lovely. I al
Absolutely outstanding and fantastic value for the quality of food and presentation. All the staff were friendly and professional and every single course was mouth wateringly fantastic. All 4 of us were very impressed. Compressive selection of drinks including some delicious soft drinks.
Fabulous. Josh and team have done it again. A lovely well thought-out menu, excellent service, good cooking, very nice wines and, to cap it all, located behind the Bristol Beer Factory tap room! We just got back from lunch. You gotta try it. Highly recommended.
We had the fixed 4 course meal here early on a Thursday evening, in this restaurant connected to the bristol beer factory and decorated in a well executed industrial design theme. Service was excellent, fast, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was very good , from the photos you can see how well
An in assuming , unpretentious restaurant , tucked off the beaten track , but sooooo worth a visit . A fixed price and fixed menu makes things easy . The food was amazing , and just left us wanting more of everything even though most of us were stuffed . We went lunch time as evenings are booked out
We would definitely recommend the Pony Bistro, lucky enough to have the experience on a recent weekend break to Bristol. Four course dining was magnificent, staff helpful & professional, value for money. A real gem, thank you.
Great to be back at the Pony and compliments to the team for a wonderful evening. Great adaptations for my Coeliac wife with either naturally gluten free food or simple adjustments. Which means we both enjoyed a lovely dining experience of what we might expect from the Pony brand and the standards
Excellent food - honestly some of the best I've had in Bristol. Lovingly plated up and great flavours. Also really nice wine too! Cocktails were nice enough (glass choices for cocktails were a bit off too- tumblers for martinis and beer glasses for belinis). Staff were so lovely and engaging.
