Wonderfully flavoured and big portion. I haven't tried Jamaican food before, but their akhee and saltfish taste uniquely delicious. It's Jamaican national fruit cooked to look "fluffy" like omelette. The jerk chicken is also good. Also, very friendly seller with lively music
I’m from London and every time I go to Bristol I’m eating here. The best food is curry goat which I recommend! They do extra large if you are really hungry.
We spent my 50th birthday last weekend in Bristol (our first time visiting there) after seeing "Remarkable Places To Eat" on the BBC where Michel Roux Jr took Fred Sirieix to the city to show him some foodie gems. So we paid a visit to Glen's Kitchen, where I had the jerk chicken in the photo below

Fabulous, went after seeing Glen on TV, tried the goat curry, jerk chicken and shepherd's pie, blown away by all 3. Portion sizes were brilliant, a proper dinner sat in the sun and enjoyed every minute. Fabulous customer service and made to feel very welcome. Cant recommend it highly enough!

The only reason I’m giving a 5 is because of Glen who is so lovely. There is a woman who is so rude everytime I go in. Got barked at then left standing so Glen had to serve me. This woman has put me off from returning. Such a shame.

I love their oxtail curry! Amazingly delicious, rich, and full of spice. I never thoughy that adding fried banana will give interesting and addicted flavour
