We were served by Jess today and were amazed by her energy and knowledge of the menu. Lots of smiles and positive drive!

I dropped in with a friend last Friday because we wanted quality burgers, not the flaccid, thin-patty stuff served up in restaurants that do not specialise in burgers, and being called 'Gourmet' Burger kitchen, you'd expect a top-notch burger.

Discovered this yesterday & I was there twice. In my defense, their burgers inspire gluttony 😅. I had the Rocketman burger, it was delicious!
Their milkshakes are absolutely addictive, bought three more to take home with me but I forgot them at the train station sadly.

Ordered the Rocket Man burger with an added slice of blue cheese, was a total game changer. Best burger I’ve had in a long time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too, will be back.
I like GBK, but there’s so few of them these days I don’t get to eat here often.

Great burgers. 20% off for students too, which I think is great! Best burger I've had in a long time. I had the beef burger with bacon. Would definitely visit again.
The Jack in a bun vegan burger is outstanding on all occasions.
The burger is worth 5 star but had to give 4 as the skinny chips are very pointless.
I'd advise to not get them.

GBK is always a safe choice when it comes to burger chains. The Korean Chicken burger is amazing! Kid menus have nice options as well. Very friendly staff.
