Brilliant!! Like stepping back in time!! Must be the cheapest pub in Bristol! £2.00 for a pint of Bass!! Long may it last!!
Great place to go for a drink or something to eat either on you're own our with family & friends everyone is very friendly and feels homely with local people
Beautiful old local boozer! £1.50 for a nice pint of bitter.
The landlady is really nice and welcoming the pub is not much to look at but the welcome is friendly they do great drinks.and best of all when you get your drinks you will feel like you've gone back in time try it and find out your self pity it's only got 5 stars cus I would give it a 10 out of 10
lovely couple many memories still going strong!
They have worked hard and kept a good pub
One of the few remaining traditional old schooner pubs still around for us locals with a family atmosphere
Has to be one of the cheapest pubs in Bristol. Nice staff and customers.
Wonderful cheese rolls and atmosphere at top end of bar was educational and civalised as always, much better than in the lounge area where all the riff raff hang out. :-)
Cheap pub, £2 pint £1.60 jack daniels and £1.20 vodka and coke. Can't go wrong.
Proper old fashioned English pub, with proper old fashioned prices, no frills relaxed atmosphere. Best Bass I know of!
Great old pub good beer friendly no riff-raff tolerated
So....I was expecting something more, food was mediocre, service less tgan this, and toilets were dirty, let's say, maybe not the best place
Cheap beer, friendly staff, no riff raff tolerated. Old school type pub for socialising.
Wonderful old school pub with real locals and cheep beer.
The Crown Tavern was the same as usual, Dominic and Gloria were the same happy hosts as we are used to
