Regular McDonald's nothing too special, play area for the kids, decent parking and drive through, Lovely lad named Pedro served me and was extremely well mannered. I'll definitely have to bring the kids round again when the wife let's me have them for the day 😂😂😂😂
Wasn't busy, plenty of tables. Staf were very helpful. Food came quick. Small play area for kids
Based on such factors, I would rate McDonald's a 3 out of 5 stars. While McDonald's has a worldwide reputation for its fast service and popular menu items, there are some areas for improvement.
On the positive side, this McDonald's location rarely provides quick service and has an easily recognizable menu that satisfies cravings. However, they have issues with cleanliness and consistency in food preparation, which affects the overall experience negatively.
It's nice to see that the chain has made changes to the menu by introducing healthier options and reducing the calorie count of some products.
Overall, McDonald's still has some areas for improvement.
Same as any other Mc D's, but the lady handing out the flags & hats etc was lovely.
Took time to speak to the kids & was just really nice
Food was fresh and still hot. It makes a change as most McDonalds I have had in different restaurants/drive thru are not as good as this one.
cheeseburger he likes nuggets but doesn't enjoy the fries or the hairs in the fries the flesh tastes good hmm yummy blood was found on the Quater Pounder but i like it whatever tee hee
Wow for a McDonald's this place was clean & tidy. The coke did taste similar to coke. (Ha that will be the day in any McD's when they get that right)
Food was good ie hot and they had Mc flurries. Not seen one of those in Chippenham for months. The machine there is always broken. Please teach Chippenham and Melksham how to do things right
Visited this McDonald's branch as our usual one was closed for refurbishment. Was pleasantly surprised by how much better the food and service was compared to our local branch. We ordered table service which was delivered extremely promptly and was of excellent quality despite it being a Saturday evening and extremely busy. The staff were great - very friendly and efficient. The older gentleman who was cleaning was particularly lovely and helpful and is a credit to the branch.

Did the drive thru, it was very busy had to park up and wait but not for long. Excellent staff, I hope they all got a bonus!

I find this branch is much better than most others in Bristol, the food is put together better, more clean and better staff, shout out to the Indian guy tonight at the brislington McDonald’s got there just before midnight and he was without a doubt the nicest McDonald’s worker I’ve come across and I’ve met a lot! very polite, friendly and great customer service, he really puts the effort in. Top guy.
Customer service wasn't too bad, could do with more of a smile.
Lovely staff lady I met in toilet, she was cleaning the toilets bless her she needs to be promoted (as not many staff would do that) as she was on her knees giving it a good clean.
Can't remember her name, but very friendly chatty an happy lady.
Tables wasn't to bad, need to just keep on top of cleaning.
