An occasional visitor with family. Always have the same, a carvery. The Restaurant itself is on the top floor. So, either take the escalators or if you have less able-bodied people with you, the lifts, which can get busy. The place is nice enough, open plan with many tables and chairs, at the far end there is fixed seating against the wall on one side. Access can be done for those with mobility problems but there is nowhere to store mobility aids such as a walker and certainly not a scooter. I wouldn’t say there is enough room to wheel a wheelchair in. It is quite possible to use walkers and put them next to the table (3 out of 4 of us). The Restaurant is not table service as such, but you take a tray and go along in order to get your food. The Carvery is superb, thick slices of nicely done meat, I usually have Turkey and Beef, vegetables are nicely done, and crisp Roast Potatoes and you can have gravy and sauces. Desserts are many and I have had Millionaire’s shortcake once, yummy. Drinks are various coffees and tea done to order and cold drinks. Glasses are used for the cold drinks. I note Pepsi Max, Diet Pepsi and Pepsi. So, if you need to watch the sugar intake, sorted. I think it is important to note that while not table service, staff are very helpful if any less able-bodied customers need help and that includes bringing your food over. Seems very popular with such and Pensioners. The place is spotlessly clean which is always good. Prices are I consider reasonable. Equally important I note is to arrive early. The Carvery can be sold out and once supplies run out that is it. Very popular. One also should arrive early to secure a seat as although it can be quiet and empty it can fill up very rapidly with queue’s stretching away to the Escalators! For a store Restaurant and if you like meat, roast dinners and a carvery, highly recommended by me!

The staff are just brilliant here - especially if you have children. Really understanding of tired toddlers and mums who are starving hungry and carting far too much stuff around. Great roast. Amazing cake. Nice kids pick n mix lunch bags.

Stopped in mid shop as my daughter was hungry. Good value kids meal 5 items for just under £5. Myself and mum ordered a Roast dinner, the meat was lovely the only thing that let it down was the hard roast potatoes

Owing to the need of going to work elsewhere in Bristol. This Cafe and Restaurant in Debenhams is a logical place to pick up a lunch at reasonable price. Food is of excellent quality and substantial. I was going to need a full tank up of necessary fuel to keep me going until later in the evening of the 6th January. Quite comfortable surroundings and the serving staff are excellent. Having rated it 4. It's well above average and very good would be a fair assessment.

Great restaurant at the brilliant John Lewis in Bristol Cabot Circus. Excellent choices of sandwiches, salads and soups. Good prices too. Getting to come here more as more choices than the high street coffee chains plus serve decent coffee too.

Just had coffee there. A member of staff who may have been a supervisor carried our tray to the table. Which was very thoughtful of her. My husband and nd I are retired. Not so busy as it was on our last visit.
