Bristol Fryer - Bristol - Photo album

Tried for first time. Friendly owner. Very tasty fish and chips and battered sausage. Halal too. Also good price.
Amazing, good value and amazing quality food. Really quick and easy to order from the shop. Signs for only 2 customers at a time posted as you walk in. Areas are clean and hygienic with friendly and responsive staff. You can pay by contactless as well as cash. Would definitely recommend.
This was my local chip shop for five years. It was only after moving away from the area a few months ago and sampling four other local chip shops that I came to appreciate how good this one is. The cod portions are huge and always well cooked; high quality flaky fish and crispy batter. The chips are
Love this chippy! Open late on a Sunday, great prices and portion sizes, and actually has gravy. Unlike many other chippies in Bristol! Also a very clean establishment with lovely service.
Absolutel legend who was running the shop. Didn't get his name but great food and great guy
Huge portion served in quick time. Freshly cooked fish served in a nice, crispy batter. The chairs outside made nice seating while we enjoyed the hot food, especially as it was drizzling when I went. One can see massive crowds at this place before and after games as it's around the stadium.
This is a great place if you are on a budget. Massive portions, freidley service 👏 👌
Generous portions and fresh produce used. Good value
Top food and top service the gent running this place is always very polite and loves to talk. Chips are always top notch and price to value is spot on. Well done team bristol fryer keep up the great work!
Best fish and chips in Bristol. Great atmosphere on match days, although incredibly busy!
Nice fish n chips. Friendly owner.
Popped in with my son, on the way to watch Bristol Rovers play. We had sausage & chips and curry sauce & chips. We both thoroughly enjoyed the food and will definitely call in again. Nice friendly staff too 👍
Have started going here as had been badly let down by Clifton village fish bar recently. The Fish and chips are much better at the Bristol fryer with almost double the portion sizes and much better prices. Really glad we have found a proper Fish and chip shop locally.
Great chippy, excellent proper chips and friendly service! We live across the road and go often for the chips mainly. Other than that, have tried the cod which is also delicious 👌
Very good indeed, we usually go to superstar fish bar bottom of G road but tonight they were cash only so we drove up the road to try these guys out instead. They are a bit cheaper, bigger portions and great food. So would definitely return 👍
