Sensational, just sensational!! It was busy as, but we still got through really quick, monster order, with a "Karen Latte"😄 it was perfect. The Lemon Blueberry Ripple is probably the best sponge I've ever had. You guys rock ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Tom deserves a pay rise. What an absolute credit to the team. He was efficient, polite, helpful (and apologetic that my choice wasn’t available but provided a credible alternative), served multiple customers at once and at one point was washing up, while making my order AND fanning himself down as it was so hot! 🙌🙌🙌

I've just been into costa and the two lads in charge of serving and making the drinks were super friendly, helpful and fast with getting peoples orders taken and distributed. I will definitely be going back.
Tom is an amazing barista. He organised him team ..he always remembers our order. He should be promoted...:) His customer service is out of this world
Just had a tea and sarnie at this location. Spent about 30mins there. Drinks, food and atmosphere all as to expected.
I was served by Tom. His customer service, attitude and enthusiasm are excellent. Hopefully Costa are aware of just how far his performance exceeds the vast majority of his colleagues in any other branch I’ve visited.

Very busy Costa. Food and drinks are good, as always. Staff are efficient at getting the orders done. Although there are quite a few tables, when it is busy there is no where to sit and takes are quite close together so it feels like you are sharing a table with someone else.

First class service ! Came early in the morning to take my coffee and to woke up, while was putting my cup on the table, dropped it 🙈 in a minute I had a new one, everything was cleared and I was asked 1000 times am I okay , not burned myself ? Thank you guys ,you are number one for me now!!
Popped in today and made our order, realised very quickly after one bite had had bitten into the non vegan option. Tom very quickly took it and make me a new sandwich. I have to say this was totally my mistake. Tom was concerned and sort it for me quickly when he didn’t have to. Thank you x
I am regular customers here and always get good treatment from the whole team and especially from Tom who is so friendly and efficient, it's nice that Tom and the team remember my drinks order as I get to the counter. Best customer service!
Always busy at this Costa. Great coffee and service by the staff. Nice mixture of hot and cold snacks, cakes, etc. Tables cleaned after every customer departs.
I come here fairly regularly. Clean surroundings, really lovely staff who've worked there for some time now. Coffee quality is good, and even better if you go for the special roast.
