Oh my. What an experience this was. Decided to treat my family to some Jamaican cuisine for the first time on a rainy Bristol Sunday and Nadine’s was our lucky choice. The man who served us radiated such positive energy and love that made my whole family jovial. The food? Excellent! Home style cooking that’s full of flavour, satisfies even the largest appetites, and had lots of variety. I especially loved my meal, the jerk chicken, black bean rice, steamed veg, and plantains. Yum! My whole family loved their meals too so golden stars all around. Overall, great vibe to the place and great timely service. Will definitely be back for more, that’s for sure.
Came here on a Monday morning 12 midday ordered the chicken soup of the day and a medium jerk chicken rice and peas and plantain. Best Jamaican restaurant I’ve tried in Bristol, good portion size, staff are friendly and helpful. Good music too. And the Guinness punch best I ever had. Thank you I’ll pass by next time in town to try the rest of the menu
Ordered a large curry goat, large jerk chicken, upside down pineapple cake and banana cake.
Friendly service and quick too! The food tasted great, both meals came with a generous portion of rice and peas, the plantain tasted great and so did the dumpling.
The upside down pineapple cake was our favourite, it's worth visiting just for this alone. We will definitely be returning again!
I think that this is one of the best Jamacian places to eat in Bristol. The food is fresh and the service is good. No bad attitude, no we don't have no rice and peas😁 and nice large portions.

The finest Carribean food outside of Aunty Carvell's in Antigua. Nadine makes the best jerk chicken, brown stew chicken, curried goat that we've had. And the stout punch is THE BEST! Thank you Mike and Nadine.

Best coleslaw I have ever had! I had oxtails and rice with plantains and coleslaw. Eddie served me and he was so nice. I’m not disappointed with Jamaican food at all. Would recommend and so affordable too, definitely coming back.

I was so happy this was my introduction to a huge swathe of amazing dishes. If you're new to the area, or new to this cuisine in general, have no hesitation - Nadine has your back!
I recommend the jerk chicken, brown stew, dumplings, sorel - order anything off of the menu, and you won't be disappointed.
Poor presentation on my part & never usually leave reviews but it’s very hard to get a decent Jamacian delivery but ohh my this place is absolutely banging! Jerk chicken is amazing and the slaw wooow!!! Definitely my takeaway place from now on 👌🏻❤️

Amazing food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Kinda made me feel I was say in someone's dining room rather than a restaurant.
I had the Oxtail and the Cowfoot...the flavours were amazing!
What an amazing place. Not only the food is outstanding but the service. They helped us make the right choices according to our taste and gave is to try their home made drinks (AMAZING!). We love this place and although Nadine wasn't there the restaurant is truly special (we LOVED the paintings as well).
You have now two customers for life.

I live just outside of Bristol but I travel to the area just to get a takeout from Nadine’s.
Highly recommend this place if you fancy jerk chicken or brown stew chicken or any Caribbean dishes.
Absolutely fantastic. Super Friendly service and the best Jamaican chicken (brown stew, fried and jerk) I’ve had. Actually ordered and took it home to London where we reheated it two hours later and it was still incredible! Highly recommend (and will be back next time in Bristol).
