Full breakfast £6.50. Hard to criticise a big breakfast for that price? But here goes! Not best quality ingredients but OK. The black pudding had its face barely wiped in pan or on grill, same for fried tomato. The fried bread was not helped by being hidden under the fried eggs? With just a little bit more care over the cooking and presentation this breakfast could be unbeatable in this area? Decent pub grub and very good value. Friendly quick service, (with the exception of Bob the landlord of course). Kitchen last orders at 13.20! But they continue to sell rolls. Signage is wrong, you can get the breakfast on Saturdays, (not sure about Sundays).

Local pub good value food for all , friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere reasonable facilities to enjoy to relax . Games room and large TV screens, music and plenty of space. The George Inn is a place to have breakfast, the bacon is fantastic and black pudding can't be better elsewhere in Bristol at the price of under 6 for a full breakfast. If you have not been here then Bobs your uncle

Popped in for a few quiet drinks with my partner, sat away from the bar, was a pleasant atmosphere, occasionally you do get the odd idiot who has had too much to drink.

I was impressed by the way staff had everything in hand, especially during these wierd times. Food came out on time and I enjoyed my visit. Will go back again as soon as lockdown is over x

Quite simply what we need more of in this country...traditional English boozers, a absolute pleasure to have a pint there.

My kind of place. Could have a great Saturday afternoon and evening in here, and perhaps I will do soon. Like pubs used to be and like they should be.

This is my local, as seen in The Outlaws on BBC recently. Christopher Walken seemed to enjoy a Mai Tai and karaoke here!
