Bank Holiday Monday in Southmead Hospital. Plenty of customers. Happy efficient staff.
Good place. Due to Covid-19, there was limited seating and only one or two staff but still a nice shop. On this one particular visit, they had run out of cream, sometimes they don't put enough vanilla in lattes though and don't offer any spoons to scoop out the cream which is disappointing.
Being located at a major hospital, this particular branch of Costa can function as an oasis in times of illness or difficulty. The staff seem to understand that; it's friendlier than your average Costa. There are actually two outlets within 50 metres in the hospital building: one is kiosk-style and
I didn't have any coffee but the breakfast wrap was lovely. Not any slower than your usual Costa.
Always great service staff are helpful and food and drinks are very good never had a problem
