A quintessential English daytime cafe serving a good range of fried breakfast options and other meals.
Also the tea is made in a huge teapot that's kept warm all day, just how it should be. Friends use this as a regular cafe. It's clean and the tables are big.
The food is amazing and considering the cost of living I definitely think you get your money's worth.

Good old fashioned greasey spoon cafΓ©. Friendly staff with good service. Fair price for what you get, decent size breakfast for about Β£6 - 7, not too greasey either. Typical English breakfasts with vege option available.

What can I say fantastic food
Dropped in almost by accident at lunchtime today, I happened to walk past and fancied a rest stop so I popped in! The food was delicious and hearty - I loved the classic thick white bread on my bacon sandwich! And the staff were very friendly and welcoming π Great value for money, I'll definitely visit again!

Good honest food and friendly staff
Great find. Small cafe with a proper English breakfast and a range of other dinners that properly fill you up. Massive working men's breakfast sets you up for the day ahead. Definitely one to remember.
