We went to a launch party for toddlers today and it was ace. Where else on North Street can you get a good flat white, lovely cake and paninis, sit on a sofa and watch your kids play in a baby friendly safe environment? It was really refreshing for my soul and just like being in someone's cosy living room. Plus there was a beautiful snack plate for Juno and a musical magician for entertainment. Love this place and am so glad to have it so close.

I have taken part in the baby sense course which is amazing. Each week is a different theme and I love that it's a small group so you can chat to other mum's and interact. The hot drinks are lush and the food looks good. I've also been along to the sling library here which is Brill too and very informative. Overall I would highly recommend this cafe to all new mum's as there is so much to do plus the cafe is lovely to be able to sit in and relax with your little one.

Wow what an amazing place! They had a few issues with electrics today but the fun didn't stop! Singing, flashing lights, bubbles and most importantly tea and cake!! The place is warm, homely and comfortable and a great day out for you and you little ones as they have lots of things to do/ play with! We will definitely be returning

What a brilliant mummy led small business! Amy came to do a personal shoe fitting at our house this evening...what a lovely service! I always have a great time when we go to the cafe and both my 1yo and 3yo love it there too! The staff can’t do enough.

Amy and her team hosted a beautiful baby shower, such a perfect afternoon filled with yummy food and treatments. We also had the Indian head massage class which makes for a perfect way to help prepare friends and family to take care of a new mum. I highly recommend! Thanks so much milkshedbabycafe

We had our first birthday party for my little girl there and it was great! Everything was ready on time, and Holly was really helpful to get our stuff unpacked and ready for the party. There were Lots of different toys so all babies were happy and well entertained. We All found this place very cosy and homely so well done, Amy and Holly, for opening such a lovely little gem for babies;)

A great concept, well executed. Well done Holly & Amy your cafe is a welcome addition to North St! We thoroughly enjoyed the launch party last week. Great coffee & a tasty panini went down a treat. Unfortunately we couldn't stay for the entertainment but are looking forward to the Halloween party next week!

A brilliant and carefully thought out space for carers and little ones...we had a private hire yesterday which worked fantastically. 9 babies and 18 adults! Amy was a great hostess and the babies loved exploring...can't wait to get back there!!

Lovely welcoming homely cafe space for our little ones to safely play while we drink good coffee & eat good cake! Definitely filled the baby/toddler gap left by Bubbahub & Hungry Caterpillar.

We had a wonderful party at the Milk Shed yesterday, thank you so much Amy! It's a gorgeous space with so much for the babies to play with and explore. All nine babies were thoroughly entertained and we could all relax while they played. Couldn't think of a better venue for a baby party. X

Great place, run by local mums. Funds the Breastfeeding Support Group which is free for parents to gain support in BS3. Great coffee & cake. Lovely wooden toys for kids to play. Sensory area. Free entry when spending over £3 on food/drink - which is great as most kids places are £5+ plus coffee/cake.

Great place to go with baby. They do a sling library here too which is run by a really lovely lady with lots of knowledge in getting you the right sling and fitting! A very gentle and welcoming place to visit when you've just had a baby. Thank you ladies!

Great cafe to go with your baby! Not a normal cafe set up. Lots of room to sit on the floor and play with the toys there. Bathroom even has a bouncer in it!
