10/10
Hatters house cafe is truly a hidden gem with its relaxing atmosphere, absolutely amazing coffee and simply put, beautiful food. Outstanding quality for your money, served by the most down to earth, friendly faces you could ever ask for. I have not found another coffee shop quite like this one, that clearly understands coffee and service! 10/10 a great place to take for dates, quick drinks or even to sit and work in!
Excellent café. A cosy setting, the drinks and cakes are super good. Very good presentation and the owner is super nice! Everything was just perfect. I recommend 100%.
The passion fruit ice tea is incredible
This is now my new favourite coffee spot. The staff are always really lovely and it's a great place for a little catch-up with friends or a meeting. I absolutely love the coffee
A customer from India is in awe with your cafe. I never had such an amazing coffee in my entire life. I really miss the biscoff biscuits, cookies, hazelnut hot chocolate and much more. I cannot stop praising about your coffee house. I loved it completely🩷❤️.

Some of the best coffees a day cakes!
Cosy cafe with limited seating but amazing choice for cafe snacks and drinks.
They sell pastries like pasties and sausage rolls, cakes like cheesecake, chocolate and lemon. They also sell packaged meals like falafel, rice bowls or sandwiches for if you are on the go.
I've been here numerous times but sitting in for coffee is always the best. I did once have a watermelon cooler that was just syrup in icy water that I would probably never have again.
You can have interesting coffees here such as a charcoal latte. Their cappuccino and chai latte is divine and they give you a little lotus biscuit with it.
Wow had this hot chocolate made with love
Great staff working with smile on their face
Great team

Really good coffee shop in the centre of Bristol. We had chocolate and hazelnut chocolate which were really impressive. The place is cosy and the staff friendly.
Higher quality than the usual nero or Coffee#1. Darker and tastier hot chocolate. Good change if you are tired of the usual coffee shops.
Lovely little find, we had passed it several times on our way back and forth to the harbourside, so we thought let's give it a go. We're so glad we did. We both had a cold drink and a cheese and tomato toastie, was reasonsbly priced, good quality food and piping hot. We sat inside which was pleasant, clean and the staff were friendly. Lovely place.
It is located in The Centre of Bristol. Really a perfect place to pick up a quick coffee. We ordered a Flat White and Latte in the morning. After we ordered, we saw something that grabbed our attention immediately, the Nitro Cold Brew!!!!! That’s why we came back in afternoon for it! All the coffee were nice with rich aroma, especially the nitro cold brew. It was extremely smooth with great aftertaste with a bit sweetness! Love this A LOT!!!
