A very solid experience overall. The buttered croissants were probably the best I have had for a while. There is, however, not much seating but that is not much of a problem.
A great place to grab a hot drink and a sandwich, especially if you’re a Bristol University student! The drinks and sandwiches can be on the pricey side, but the coffee subscription is great and saves money too. The staff are friendly and nice as well!
With the subscription pret is great value for money without not so much, the refreshers are really nice but not worth the cost if not paying for club pret monthly
I go to this pret as my brunch spot at uni nearly everyday recently. This morning I picked my baguettes and when I was trying to pay, I found out that I left my wallet at home with all my cash and my cards in it. The line behind me was so long and I was totally embarrassed. The blond lady there was so nice and after waiting patiently for me digging my bag, she said it's alright don't panic you can have it for free. I couldn't express my gratitude enough for her kindness and consideration for other's little dignity when things like that happened. I promised her I will come back tomorrow to pay and I will. Loads of thanks and respect for this lady and a pret like this. Definitely have to come the following everyday!

I'm not sure how people have had a bad experience here. The staff are always friendly, the coffee is tasty, and the food is delicious! The manager has been especially helpful in talking through what I can and can't have, as I have a milk allergy.
Perhaps people need to be a little kinder and more considerate, especially given how stressful it is working in such an environment in the midst of a global pandemic.

Charmless maybe, but the sandwhiches snacks and fast food are a lot better than most. Coffee's good too. Eat in or out
Try their posh club sandwich or ham and cornishon roll. Both are really rather good. Interesting soup too.

I’m obsessed with Pret. Service is fast and friendly, food is top quality and there’s lots of variety, and consistently tastes SO GOOD and fresh! Reasonably priced for the quality of it I think. Love that they have a filtered water tap here too!
Standard Pret but useful to have one locally. Quality and freshness seems to always be reliable. The range of food available was a bit limited when we last visited but it may have been because it was mid afternoon. So this Pret could perhaps be better at restocking the shelves.
This pret was very nicely laid out, comfortable to sit in and the staff were very knowledgeable on the subscription service. On finding the drink I wanted was not available they offered me alternatives and helped me disover they were included in the subscription - awesome
I work nearby and come in often to get coffee and sometimes lunch for myself and my colleagues. the food is a bit expensive but its really tasty. the service is always insanely fast even when it's busy! im secretly really impatient and i always have to wait for ages in cafe nero or boston tea party - pret is super efficient. plus the staff are super friendly and know my order :)

They open 5/10 late every day so don't try and Jack a quick one right at opening, also they were bombarded with delivery tickets,, so don't expect great service,, coff was just drinking temp and tasted like it had been standing for a minute so guess they per por some drinks,,, so all in all I'm sure its a nice store during the day however first thing in the morning,, I'd give a sweve,, go to one of the independents round on St Michaels coz this pret was poor at best, 1 out of 45 rasta badges,,, weak sauce,,, I've got a sub to pret too so not like its my first disco!!
