Firstly, we walked in.
Secondly, we looked at the menu BUT then they disappeared before we could read it on the telly, this caused a humongous queue behind us, probably about 2.63 persons long.
After this I was abused by a manic slag whilst sitting down at my table.
Thirdly, my friend tripped, fell, and dropped her coffee, which i found rather humorous.
The cleaners then quickly and efficiently cleaned up the abhorrent mess left by my aquantence. How embarrassing.
The coffee was made personally by the worker with a beautiful love heart on top of it, furthermore, I received a free flake out of the kindness of the employees heart, who served us with a smile.
I received an olympic cup here, which I was refused at another Costa Coffee™. This made me extraordinarily happy as I am an avid olympics stan.
The seating area was pleasant. xx
Ps. please see pictures for reference.
Luke W was so helpful. What a ray of sunshine 🌞. Very knowledgeable about the drinks menu absolutely made my visit to Costa. I wanted the most low calorie but tasty drink possible and Luke knew just what to recommend. Even added a skinny syrup Hope they get the recognition they deserve.
Surprised by the negative reviews. This Costa is better than the two others in broadmead. Can't say I've ever had a bad coffee in this one and service is generally better too.
Excellent service, especially from Callum and the other young lady, sorry didn't ask her name.
Not to busy. Staff friendly. Cafe very clean.
Really good little costa. Use it while family shop!!!
