Can here for a Sunday roast the chicken roast was very delicious. The beef roast was nice but I would rather take the chicken again. Nice vibes friendly stuff beautiful view of the river would definitely come back again.
Fabulous experience. All the team was exceptional with their service. Especially Jon who knows his drunks behind the bar. He Knows every single one! Would highly recommend
A fantastic pub with attentive staff and great food.
Only downside for this visit was that we’d booked for a special occasion in the upstairs dining room but were moved into the main pub due to low bookings. It wasn’t quite the evening we’d hoped for - surrounded by Halloween costumes and in a nois
A big thank you to Odessa, Jess and everyone at The Ostrich for helping to make our private party at the Top Deck such a success.
We had a wonderful time, in large part because of Odessa's pre-event help, the wonderful venue, the delicious food and the fabulous Jess who took such great care of us a
Went here for a night out with work colleagues. Its a lovely pub on the waterfront. Very cobbly street, so be careful if you are wearing stiletto heels. I got a white wine spritzer which was rather dry. The cocktails are delicious though. It was a Sunday night, so quite quiet. No music. If you want
A lovely cosy pub. Great food and drinks selection. We had a nibble but the fries we had were delicious! Staff are very welcoming and friendly too. Also the little cave in the corner is a really cool feature in this pub!
Lovely roast and wine. Food could of been warmer but was still delicious. Really friendly service and a lovely setting.
Nice waterside location in a quaint old building. Beautifully refurbished in a contemporary chic style with clever nautical touches. Add to this the very friendly welcome and expert guidance through the interesting menu and it all makes for a very enjoyable experience. We had a great time. We went u
Great pub and good service. Lots of outdoor seating and plenty of drinks to choose from perfect for the warmer weather, The pub is situated near the river. Food selection while not a big selection the burger and the dirty fries are absolutly lovely. Burger cost just under £10 unsure of the chips but
The beef and chicken Sunday roasts were superb. I recommend it this place specially on sunny days ☀️ .
Delicious Sunday roast lunch, they were able to accommodate our larger group of 9 on the top floor. I would recommend parking Wapping Wharf carpark as the carparks near here are very pricey.
It was a very quiet Wednesday lunchtime so we had the place pretty well to ourselves. The food and service were very good. The Ostrich is in a pleasant location looking over the Bathurst Basin yet close to the centre and a short walk from Temple Meads - a great place for lunch in Bristol.
Oh I do like to be beside the dock-side...
Great selection of proper beers by Butcombe, one of the areas best brewers. I'd highly recommend Goram, which has to be tasted to be appreciated.
We stopped by for a beer in a stroll around the docks and I'm glad we did, finding a lovely spot outside in t
