Firstly, I don’t really understand the low ratings, the times I’ve been to Cowbee have always been a pleasure!
Customer service is great and informative!

This places serves some delicious sundaes however they’ve got our orders wrong more than they got it right over our multiple visits. One time a chocolate brownie sundae came with no brownie at all. Another time a strawberry waffle didn’t come with the Icecream it was advertised as with,
Had a sweet waffle at Cowbee and was really pleased with everything. I would recommend sharing a waffle between two people.
Their ice cream quality was also very good, and they weren’t sneaky on their portions, there was definitely enough for 2 people when ordering one waffle.
Prices were justifie
They missed my order so I waited a bit but a staff noticed and were very helpful to follow my order. The burger and coffee were great, can't wait to try waffles next time .

One of the most delicious burgers I've eaten in my entire life. Quality and quantity really do make up for the comparatively higher prices on the menu
Okay there was a big build up to this visit and it was a disappointment. I didn’t flag it with the waitress at the time, because she was also managing the till, making drinks, taking orders and generally making things happen.

A lovely place to get awesome milkshakes and ice creams in Bristol. They have lovely outdoors seating area which we thoroughly enjoyed when the sun was out.
Their ice cream is seriously creamy. Try their kinder cream ice cream in a shake and you will not regret it!
