Decent pret, it's not the best one there is, but no real major flaws. The lack of seating can be troublesome if you want to sit and relax for a short while. The food is good but almost always out of stock in a lot of choices around lunchtime as it's super busy and deliveroo pick up there. Always the staff are swift and helpful and take ownership of the order, not like in other coffee shops.

It's Pret, it's like all the other outlets. Same good, same drinks. Very busy at usual times. Nothing special. They could use more staff at busy time to clear the tables.

Great with the subscription where you can have up to 5 hot/cold drinks a day for £25 a month.
It’s on the lower floor. Clean and tidy and had what I wanted: chicken Caesar and bacon baguette! Great!

Very friendly staff and a nice selection of food. At 9am in the morning the hot section was slightly sparse but food was nice and warm and still fresh.
I had to leave a review as I had the Quickest, and friendliest experience at a coffee shop every… today, baring in mind it’s a Saturday and it was so busy everywhere, I was in the shop no more than 3-5 minutes. But the service was like I said the best I’ve received in a coffee shop. From taking my order, to the barrister handing me the drink, all served with a smile, and the tastiest hazelnut latte! Thank you!

Great food, plenty of choices. During lunch time there is almost always a line and the shop is packed with people, moving around gets quite difficult.

Still incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Menu has slimmed down a little with more emphasis on veggie and vegan, sometimes too much and seemingly pushing a vegan agenda. What food there is is generally the usual excellent pret quality, but the choice just isn't there if you don't want veg/vegan options.
Visited today ( 14th March 2023 ) at lunchtime. Was looking to identify gluten free products. The young guy behind the counter came around to point out the gf items. He also checked out another item on their data base for us. Extremely polite, patient and helpful. I wish I had made a note of his name to make certain he gets some recognition for his excellent customer service. Will visit again soon.
Great selection of sandwiches and other food, although needs to do a cheese and ham toastie option without mustard. Was very busy though was lunchtime Saturday so expected and the servers were pretty efficient.

Nice sandwich. Not cheap. Managed to grab the last available seat - a backless stool out on the concourse. Post Christmas sales so understandably bust and service was efficient.
It's 3pm on a Saturday at the Mall ...I sat out in the Mall by the fountain.. Expensive for coffee and freshly prepared wraps but worth it.
