Perfect. Best Italian coffee and bakery. Student discount. Nice view in the heart of old city center.
Walked in as all other places weren’t open until 11/12! We popped in and was impressed by the customer service from the barista (make grey hat, curly hair) and the lady with the red hair and glasses! Quickly made our drinks, and served our food. We clearly arrived just before the rush, and the queue behind us disappeared quickly! Very impressed they didn’t seem phased at all. Definitely definitely be back! Thank you guys for showing that customer service does still exist. ❤️👌🏼 bonus for these workers!
The best coffee in town and the staff is awesome.
As you'd expect from Caffe Nero, though in this instance I found the service to be even better than usual. Decided to try out a new vegan toastie, which was far better than most I've had at more niche cafés, and the barista was quick to suggest other vegan options I'd missed and on the whole just really enthusiastic which made for an even more pleasant lunch break.
Nice ambiance and staff. Good location for commuters.
Coffee is like any other caffe Nero - average and in my opinion on the same level as Starbucks and Costa.
Cakes are super expensive for what they are.
Extremely nice people, well kept place, good music and great aircon. But mostly great staff
I have been visiting Caffe Nero principally at Corn Street since late 2014.
I always have Cappuccino Grande, except when Winter Berry Latte is on.
I have found the food to be excellent, Almond Torte, Red Velvet Cake, Bolognese Bake is good for a hot snack. All of these unfortunately are
now off the menu so leaving Toasted Teacakes, Caramel Shortcake and a newer one but I can recommend still Ham and Cheese Croissant.
The Coffee of course varies according to who does it but when done right the Cappuccino is pure silk in a glass, rich body, thick foam top dusted with chocolate yet goes straight down, not weak, no hot water taste or bitterness.
The setting makes use of it's building with those huge picture windows & retaining original features. The music can be good too with some classic Jazz numbers among them. It can get extremely packed even at odd times & also can be very quiet, sometimes very noisy depending on who is in.
That isn't why I recommend them.
They have couple of Barista's in there, Holly & Maia who are excellent at their jobs, the manager is good too & they are so welcoming.
The pair of them are kind souls.
As someone who has health troubles & difficulty in going into places socially because of this. This is somewhere I can visit with no problem at all. Even if I do have some trouble from time to time I know from personal experience it won't be a problem.
They pay attention & remember things, what you like & you want decaff no problem.
That is why I recommend them.
Good selection of sandwiches and cakes on offer. Each item displayed calorie content, which I found helpful.
The coffee was good and the service was great.
Would visit again.
Pretty standard Caffè Nero; usual offerings but a good location near St. Nicholas Market. The only strange thing was the only toilet is unisex & disability-equipped with baby changing; they could really do with one or two more.
Had a couple of visits here during Bristol bike show. Good coffee, nice range of naughty-but-nice cakes. Helpful staff and I got extra stamps on my loyalty card for bringing my own reusable cup.
Just what you'd expect from a Caffe Nero. Good quality coffee, but high prices. Using O2 priority was and usually is my main reason for coming however. Had terrible experiences in other Nero's in the city but this has by far the best customer service. A downside is the lack of seating. Definitely returning (next week with another code 😉)
Always enjoy Caffe Nero. Lovely coffee and good food. Friendly staff and warm atmosphere.
Just had a coffee & hot chocolate but great, quick & friendly service.
Was a lovely morning of classical music and Americano coffee
