I love coming to costa henleaze, the staff are so friendly and the whole atmosphere is just so nice. My daughter loves coming here for a baby chino. Kylie is always so welcoming and kind she makes me feel very comfortable here.
So I've been back a few times since and I have to say, that previous experience was a one off. What amazes me is how the staff remember what I want and I've only visited a handful of times since my previous review.

We go here all the time with our son since he was born as they're incredibly friendly, accommodating and the coffee and food are great. Always have colouring stuff for the toddlers too; bad-ass
Had a chilled experience at Costa Coffee, the 2 young girls that work there were really friendly and pleasant, only had coffee with friends but just felt relaxed.
The internet setup was a bit difficult to have it run on 2 devices and didn't manage to get it running in the 20 min I was there. Otherwise fine another Costa following the covid measures etc. Still managed to get a seat in the reduced set-up.
Lovely little coffee shop as usual, served quickly and had comfy chairs. Only draw back is the noise, the machines were very loud sometimes making it hard to hear the other person.
