Nice restaurant, the service off our waiter was excellent and the food is always nice. I've been to quite a few Miller & Carters, and the food is always to the same quality. I always have a steak and even had lobster on the side this time. Not the cheapest but a delicious dinner!
I’m a huge fan of Miller & Carter & was excited to visit the Bristol restaurant whilst visiting the city for a show. My visit has set a very high bar for future visits to other restaurants because it was absolutely fantastic. The food & presentation was excellent. Highly recommend the passion fruit cooler mocktail. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, the decor is so classy but not pretentious & I really appreciate that the tables are never too close together. The highlight of my visit was the service from Lily. She was polite, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable of the menu. We overheard her dealing with some difficult guests at another table & she was professional & handled herself so well for a situation that wasn’t her fault at all. At the end of the meal as we were talking she told us it was her SECOND ever shift at Miller & Carter. Unbelievable, she is a STAR.
Victor is THE best serviceman any company can have. His customer service is superb. He makes you not only feel welcomed but personally invited. My food was more than great. The atmosphere is soothing and elegant. My overall experience is 5*!!!! I shall return 💎
Staff were very friendly and our server Logan was really informative and helpful. Food arrived quickly and the steaks were cooked to our exact liking, tasted fantastic. Drinks are nice and reasonably priced. Desert was soo good. All in all a lovely meal out would definitely come again.
Had a meal here last night, as we were staying in the hotel, hands down the best fillet steak I’ve ever eaten, cooked to absolute perfection. Great service, and very happy customers. All meals were delicious.

Recently went to Millers and Carters Cribbs Causeway for my birthday and had the worst experience ever so was gifted a gift card to spend so i decided to spend it at Millers and Carter’s City Centre.Our waitress Olivia was perfect she was honestly so kind, attentive and polite she made sure we felt comfortable and consistently checked in on us to make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything when i felt slightly ignored by other staff.So i just want to give a big thanks to her.You could tell she genuinely cared and wasn’t pretending. And she honestly made up for my first bad experience at the Cribbs Causeway branch.I would highly recommend Olivia if your thinking of visiting this branch.She made me and my friends experience positive even though we felt slightly out of place but i had just came in to spend my voucher before it was expired.
Beautiful restaurant, we didn't realise how big it was until we went to find the toilets! although it was big it didn't feel that way with lots of different areas for eating.
Service was good, we were greeted by a lovely young man and taken to our table. Before we'd even ordered glasses of water were brought over...very nice touch. Our waiter was lovely too, very attentive and answered our questions.
Our food was absolutely delicious, 3 perfectly cooked steaks and a vegetarian dish, which my husband really enjoyed.
Will definitely be visiting again when we visit our son at uni.
First time at Miller & Carter (Bristol City Centre) and it definitely did not disappoint. Food was amazing we both had steaks and they were cooked to perfection. Our server James made our meal more enjoyable with his knowledge top class server. Will definitely be coming back.

I was staying at the Marriott Hotel and couldn't resist the inviting ambiance from Miller & Carter! Victor was our Meat Expert and tailored our order to perfection taking notes of all our dietary requirements which are quite a few! Overall food and price were very reasonable! I'm not much of a review guy but this experience has created the evening I didn't know I needed! Thanks Victor and the Team!
My friends and I went to the restaurant on Monday Lunch time and our waiters were Karolina and Georgina whom were both very attentive. The steak recommendations were spot on and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back.
I stayed at Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel for 2nights during my business trip. I went Miller & Carter Steakhouse for my dinner. It's higher recommended.
I was greeted by warm and friendly staff and seated right away. My server's name was Victor and he was very personable and knowledgable about the options. He made the whole experience more enjoyable (although I don't think I could have picked anything that was less-than-stellar from this menu). The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was perfect. Overall, I give this establishment an A+ and my highest recommendation!
What a wonderful evening. The entrance is gorgeous and a lovely feel to the building. We were greeted with a smile and a taken to our table. Olivia our server was so attentive, bubbly and we had such a tasty meal. Steaks were cooked to perfection, the recommended wine went down VERY smoothly and the atmosphere itself was wonderful to be in. Will defiantly be returning
I really wish I remembered my server’s name - he was absolutely amazing and was the kindest server I have ever had! Really lovely and made my experience 100x better. I was visiting the hotel on a work trip and was dining alone, the server really cheered me up with his kind attitude and put a smile on my face :) the food was also amazing! I had a cheese and bacon burger and it was beautiful. I highly recommend! I saw a few people enter wearing sports gear but I visited at around 8:45pm yesterday so it might be different during the day.
