Been after a Softail Deluxe for a while, but none really met all of my (thorough!) criteria. The one at Riders in Bristol was perfect, and with the help of Stuart who was very attentive without being pushy, it was in my garage within a week! Highly recommend the dealership and particularly Stuart!

Excellent service above and beyond although I wasn’t buying an expensive Ducati or Harley was treated like I was. Nothing was too much trouble and answered all my questions, including my 4 year old grandson. Sorted out delivery to Forest of Dean due to my broken wrist. My salesman Stuart was very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend Riders.

Bought a 2022 Harley Davidson Street Bob through Jason, who was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The process was very easy and I got a great deal on the bike, as well as good offers on aftermarket parts.

Absolute five stars experience frome the whole team. From walking in years ago just after my direct access, Jerry gave me all the time in the world, even though he knew I was just window shopping. 5 years later, Stuart dealt with a year long journey of test rides and false starts, before I was finally able to purchase my dream bike. Jason was always happy to help me out, even though this wasn't his sale. Nick, Phil & Lyndon never lost patience with my multiple iterations on parts; and Chris was really supportive despite being so busy in the service department. I can't thank the whole team enough. I had a slight issue with my clutch lever so without any hesitation they sent a brand new one out in the post! Doesn’t get better than that.

Purchased a used Honda CB125F from Riders, to get some practice on a manual before doing the full licence. I am based in Scotland and so couldn't visit in person to view the bike. I chose this bike as it was one of the best examples online and the price was fair, plus it was coming from a main dealer. Stuart Linkins was very proactive and professional, made the whole buying experience super easy and arranged for transport of the bike. First call with Stuart, to delivery of the bike in Scotland, was a matter of days. Highly recommended.
After dealing with 2 other Ducati dealers in the past I can honestly say Stuart and the team at riders have surpassed my expectations. Even though there was a slight delay in the delivery of my new bike (nothing to do with the dealer) they kept me well apprised all along. It has restored my faith in great customer service . Went there on off chance..was greeted with a nice hot cup of coffee 10/10 sale man (Stuart) was very help full and very polite. Treated with respect even though we had our grandson with us ..left rider's with a smile 😃
1st time dealing with Riders but definitely not the last, dealt with Jason who was great from the start, offered a good deal on a px of 2 bikes against 1 with cash my way, and was very helpful throughout. Also, Scott, the guy who delivered the bike and collected the other 2 was very good, all round a good experience.
