We visited MJ on a Monday morning. The staff here are friendly and atmosphere quiet and clean. Food wise everything was superbly fresh and served hot. Filter coffee and tea(EB) were sport on. I would give this 5 stars if the bread(being a baker) served is fresher and slices bigger(at this price they ought to be).. food prep times could be reduced too(only if quality stays un-compromised). p.s. I should add that the staff did manage to source sourdough bread when requested.

Sleek CBD hub for all those wanting to learn and experience how peng some herbal healing can be. Was served by Eliza who was very friendly :) They've got a nice collection of books on CBD at the back for all your coffee drinking needs where they add 10mg or 20mg of cba for 50p and £1 respectively. Check it out for a nice coffee minus the twitch coffee usual gives you.

This is a lovely new coffee shop. It is easily accessible for buggies and pushchairs. A very good selection of hot and cold drinks, pastries and light food. The staff were very friendly, and even brought the food and drinks to our table. It has a very relaxed atmosphere. Lots of high chairs were available, and toys and books to keep young children entertained. Several people were also using their laptops whilst enjoying a coffee. The prices were very reasonable, and we will definitely return.

My Favourite Coffee shop in Bristol!! The staff are so welcoming and lovely, all of them have a smile on there face, bring the coffee over to you and are full of energy. The coffee is also perfect, with a huge variety of different coffees, smoothies, teas, cakes and CBD food/coffee its really unique and offers Bristol and white ladies something new. The coffee shop is large with plenty of space to sit inside and an outside area with large glass doors which open when its sunny. Overall couldn't rate this coffee shop higher, probably the best coffee shop I have ever been in.

Amazing atmosphere, staff were so friendly and helpful. Drinks were lovely and also well priced. I'm not a local to Bristol, so I was very pleasantly surprised that the toilets were lovely and clean, well stocked and didn't smell bad.

The atmosphere is relaxing and chill. As soon as we sat down, April the Store Angel from head office kindly helped us get some toys and helped me with the internet. The Food is great and the coffee divine! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

At last, I'm happy to give a café 5/5 stars. In my quest for espresso that is NOT burnt, i.e. Sour/bitter, this café makes proper coffee without burning it and i hope this continues like this because honest to God, Bristol cafés are hopelessly and ridiculously bad at serving coffee that is properly made. Coffee is not as simple to make as most think. People take courses to make good coffee but the British make money selling s**t,and customers have no standards so there is no incentive to improve. Proper coffee is smooth and slightly bitter. NEVER SALTY. NEVER SOUR, NEVER TOO BITTER. Mary Jane's has very good coffee and balanced smoothies too! A bit expensive on the cakes though..we will be coming back for the coffee and smoothies.
