Had a really lovely Sunday roast here yesterday. Service was great and if you’re going out with mates but you’re on a budget they’ve got a smaller roast for £7.50 (still absolutely delicious) and glasses of wine for £5 which I think is very reasonable. Room for prams too which is great.
We hired the function room upstairs for a post wedding party and it was amazing. In the run up to the party, the staff we super helpful with planning food and drinks. The costs were really, really reasonable. All of our guests were amazed at how delicious the food was. Having somewhere so local that
I really like this pub. The beer selection is good and seems to change weekly with good selections from local breweries. The staff could be a bit more “smiley” but they are always attentive. I always enjoy going here and see it is family friendly.
Had a drink at around 23h last night. They have 2 floors. We stayed on the ground floor. It also has a nice rear garden with tables. Live music upstairs. Really cool and relaxed atmosphere although it was packed. Music is spot on, and they do have live music during the afternoons too. Local ales. Wi
Ridiculously delicious mushroom burger, so filling and flavoursome, actually really good value for money in this economy, compared to a lot of meals in other places the same price that don't fill you up. Also great atmosphere, friendly staff and a great playlist that created a vibe but didn't intrud
super lovely pub in Bristol which does a really nice roast. I first thought there was too much grelavy but I was wrong, it was just enough and really good!
Pleasant pub, good food, and it was great to see that they serve non alcoholic gin. More pubs should lean into the wide array of interesting non alcoholic drinks! Edit: since I enjoyed my first visit I thought I'd return for a Sunday roast. The food was excellent, service efficient and friendly but
Attended a party in the upstairs bar which was made a private space for the night. Great service from the staff, great pizza buffet laid on, too!
Lovely food, friendly atmosphere. Food and coffee could have been hotter.
Just had the house burger and wow . Amazing. service great And quick . Highly recommended far better than most burger joints I've been too .
The drinks menu is impressive with a good wine list and a surprising coffee range complements an excellent selection of craft beers, real ales and ciders, feels vibrant Interior design. but the music is kept low , Best part is Art Exhibition upstairs and meetings of local community in pub is awesome
Very cool local pub, very spacious and vibey. Good selection of beers and very tasty food (salat and pizza).
Excellent range of beer, splendid pizza and jazz once a month Heaven!
Great local pub with lots of space and great bar selection
Surprisingly great food at pub prices. Nice beers and wines. Nice atmosphere
A really great pub! We came in as a party of 8 and we had a lovely experience. Great food, great pints and the staff were really nice. My father is in a scooter and the pub was fully accessible for him. There was a removable ramp to go into the pub and then there was a ramp to go to the accessible b
It’s okay. Not enough sour dough for the area. But the staff are slightly above average and the beers are locally sourced. Sometimes they have Italian digestifs but it’s not regular.
Good selection of beers but be aware there is an unspoken dresscode of patterned leggings and elaborate facial hair. Failure to comply will result in an immediate cheek swab and your D.N.A will be added to the "Human Kombucha" culture which they're developing in the undercrofts. My friend Neil said
Very nice pub with good food and drinks. The staff is friendly and helpful. I gave 4 stars, because it took almost an hour to be able to order...
