We got 4 free tickets for the relaunch, so I brought my partner and my parents with me - none of us have ever been to Wagamama's before so we were unsure what to expect! All I can say is that we thoroughly enjoyed our night out and the food was delicious! The chicken gyoza ramen was perfectly balanced and a very big portion. My mum had a duck dish and asked for less spice which they accommodated which was lovely of them. My dad had a curry which was again very nice apart from the red chillies! As it was a free event the service was a little lacking - but coming from a hospitality background I could see they were all working very hard and were quite literally rushed off their feet so it's understandable but I have to admit if I was paying I would have probably walked out after waiting until after our food arrived to receive our drinks. Only other thing was that it was very noisy in there and seemed to echo, so a bit hard for my parents to have a conversation as they are slightly hard of hearing but the atmosphere was nice and welcoming 😊 But I can say that all the staff were very helpful and very friendly and also apologetic when things took slightly longer so they are a credit to the store - I think as it was opening night they were just more stressed! I couldn't finish the whole of mine so I asked for a box and was able to take mine home and my dad's starter only came out as we were leaving so we also took that one home. Desserts were all really nice as well and well presented. But I will definitely be back again soon as the food was amazing and so nice that it is freshly prepared quite literally in front of you. Great atmosphere, very open plan. The food was great, I'd highly recommend the Pad Thai or Yaki Soba with chicken and prawns, the only thing that doesn't taste "fresh" on wagamana menu is the chicken gyoza 🥟 Everything else is great, for the drink I went for a Positive which is very refreshing.

Often short-staffed with very long waiting times in the que to get a seat but the food is always absolutely lovely. Everything fresh so doesn't come out at exactly the same time but we'll worth the wait. Staff are friendly and everything is clean and fresh.

We were offered the beef soba as a free meal to try and it was very delicious, the beef was cooked very well and wasn’t chewy at all. We were served by Ruby who was very helpful and made us feel very welcome even with our little one who was very active :))

Some of the best vegan food I've very had. So delicious and filling. If you haven't tried Wagamamas new vegan menu, you're missing out!

I ordered a takeaway last Saturday night and accidentally ordered from Cabot Circus. When I turned up at Cribbs Causeway they were really accommodating. They called Cabot Circus, got the order refunded and then remade my order at Cribbs. They even gave me a green tea while I waited! Really impressed since it was my mistake.
