Sholay Indian Kitchen - Bristol - Photo album

We visited today at lunchtime and had chicken biryani and chicken curry and rice. The food was very tasty and freshly cooked curry can't be beaten. Some menu items of food and drink weren't available (rum, lamb and one of the two desserts) but the service was great and the Chef did a great job. Wort
Loved our evening here. We asked for a table quite late in the evening so they had a very limited menu, despite that all the dishes we had were great. Pani puri, samosa chaat and chicken biryani were great. Nice to have some indian street food rather than a traditional curry house experience. Fresh,
The curry is sooo nice☺️It wont go too spicy and it also a bit sweet from all the veggies! The chicken was veryy tender and soft as well! Samosa Chaat is amazing with greek yogurt and the deconstructed Punjabi vegetable samosa! It cannot go wrong anyway🤩
An amazing find… looked for somewhere to eat without a booking on a Friday night in Bristol, lucky to get a table for 3. Went for a selection of side orders (tapas sized) dishes, the presentation and taste sensation was so wonderful. Location at cargo 2 on museum street at first seemed a little chao
It is a small restaurant, but this restaurant really is really good. I ordered lamb chop while my sister ordered lamb kebab. First we were impressed by the appearance of the foods. The foods were beautifully arranged and decorated. The taste was just great. I finished my lamb chop and then ordered a
Unbelievable experience. Started off with the best lamb chops I've ever had then moved on to the mains, which consisted of perfectly cooked chicken biriyani and a side of authentic Chapli kebab. All in all this was a truly authentic dining experience and would highly recommend to anyone, Even the pl
This place has delicious food (partially). We ordered the keralin Mooli ( the yellow curry in the picture) which was beyond delicious. It doesn't come with rice or paratha, so you'll have to order that on the side. The gunpowder chips and chili paneer were mediocre. Kingfisher beer is always good
Cosy Venue, friendly staff and really tasty food, I’d recommend the pakoras to start and then grandma’s curry with the bandook special fries - my girlfriend could not stop drinking the chai. Highly recommend

The Keralan Moilee was the most delicious Indian meal I have ever had the Pleasure to eat. It is a very creamy coconut dish served with aubergine slices. Our waiter was charming as most Indian people are. So can't wait to return probably to try the same dish again
Just wow. What a great find. Small and friendly. The food was amazing. The best curry experience ever
