The Chocolate Quarter was constructed using the art deco buildings built by Fry's and finally owned by Cadburys before they moved manufacturing to Poland. The buildings were then taken over by St Monicas Trust who own several care homes in the Bristol area. It is pretty industrial when you drive in
Best place to retire but the chocolate shop has long gone so you'll have to go to Tesco for your twirl
Staff at B block are great, friendly and helpful. Food is tasty and the coffee hit the spot.

Wonderful place. Retirement facility with, Cinema, gym, swimming pool, two restaurants, barber shop, hair dressers, beauty salon and even more!

Lots of activities for residents.
Lovely building with up to date fittings and an abundance of things inside, cinema, pool, barber's ect... There is also a lovely walk around the building along the river, very quiet and great for your four legged friend.
Doctors surgery is good. There's shopping, a bar, food and lots of old people. So that's good. No chocolate. Shame
Beautiful place. My mum passed away here, so it's very bitter sweet . The reception is stunning. A must is the ground floor ladies toilet wallpaper ❤. The staff are very friendly and they make a great pizza to takeaway in eat in. When its open ( covid-19)
Nice place to retire, the residents are well looked after.
Very Art Deco style inside. Good restaurant food and cafe/pizza. They have a spa/gym which is for residents but think can be joined, not too sure didn't ask. Security controls in place for residents very good overall.
I'm a former employee of the chocolate qtr. All I can say is they train there staff to an acceptional level. Biggup to the girls in the training centre.
