Great place with great sandwiches, coffee (incl. Soya milk or Oat). Unfortunately it opens till 2:30-3 pm only. Ask to not warm Cheddar and ham in micro for a sandwich, otherwise it tastes strange. Measure of a personal taste I guess
Love this sandwich shop, my partner and I live round the corner and we regularly have our lunch here. The staff are lovely and food is even better. The only down side is the lack of staff. When the owners hire another staff member after the last one left. The shop will be back up to a 5 star sandwich shop.
Disappointed to see their original breaded chicken sandwich recipe change. Woman who works at this particular store works really hard by herself every week day and deserves a lot of credit. During busy periods I think some assistance could be provided to reduce the long queues for customers.
I've been following Sandwich Sandwich for ages on Instagram and today, finally made it to the Cotham shop and it did not disappoint. The lady who served us was so friendly and helpful. I went for the Southern fried chicken sandwich which was full of flavour and stacked out. My partner went for the Philly steak stack. Highly recommend both. Wonderful customer service and delicious rocky road with jelly babies in.
Would definitely return, and would recommend getting there early as they had run out of stuff but still a lot of choice. Many thanks for a lovely birthday treat
Been going to this place for some years. Their scotch eggs are superb and recently I had a 'Piggy Pie' – probably the best pork pie I've had the pleasure to eat (and, trust me, I've tried a few). They also did a a pastry baked pie slice – that was delicious too (not sure if that's still on...). Not 'cheap' but definitely good value.
Tasty local sandwich shop. Popped in here mid wedding sorting for my brother. It was the end of the day on a Fri and they were closing so didn't have much left but still managed to acquire some very tasty sandwiches. Friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend.

Amazingly tasty sandwiches and extremely generous amounts of fillings. Same goes for their homemade cake selection too! Friendly, helpful service. A little local gem.
Sandwich Sandwich. At first I thought that the name was just lazy but then I realised its genius. So... Imagine a sandwich, you have your filling and then the bread either side.
If a filling like cheese just has bread on ONE side then it is NOT a sandwich.
This being the case A Sandwich Sanwich goes in the following order: Bread, More bread, Filling, Bread, More bread.
I was initially disappointed to find out that this establishment does not do sandwich sandwiches on it regular menu....
I have heard rumours of a secret menu.... stay tuned Google and wish me luck.
Lovely traditional sandwich shop. Good selection of fillings (also vegan), nice coffee, and super nice staff. Really brighten up my morning.
Clearly the best sandwich place in Bristol - great selection of fillings and also some amazing pies, scotch eggs and the like. Super friendly people too.

This isn't mearly a sandwich shop! No no sir! This is a dream factory where all your sandwich orientated fantasys can truly come to life. Never before has man kind been allowed access to such pure unbridled sandwich luxury. An experience that will be passed down from generation to generation as folk gather the children round to tell them of the legend that is sandwich sandwich.
The true measure of the perfect sandwich surly rests here. A true service to man mind.
Excellent homemade food. I have been let down by their unpredictable opening hours more than once, and I don't like how early they close, but it's a great place if you are hungry around lunchtime!
