The Albion - Bristol - Photo album

We went to the Albion to try their fish and chips and we were not disappointed!!. The atmosphere was great and our server was excellent. Definitely recommend if you're in the Bristol area and need to grab a bite to eat.
Fabulous old pub near Clifton Arcade. Lovely day so sat outside. The service was exemplary and we were made very welcome. Lunch snacks scotch eggs, sausage roll and breaded brie were all great quality and value. Had a lovely time particularly our conversations with Joe.
Nothing but good vibes in this pub. Met by a gentleman at the entrance who quickly found us a suitable table. The interior has a really warm atmosphere - muted lighting, worn wood furniture, and a non-rowdy customer base. The table service was efficient, you even order drinks from your seat. We had
Nestled in a quiet corner is The Albion, a charming 17th-century village pub that offers more than just beers and British meals - it serves up an enchanting slice of history. My gastronomic journey here was headlined by arguably one of the best fish and chips in town, crafted with exquisitely batte
Absolute gem of Clifton Village! The best atmosphere, sun-trap beer garden, great selection of beers and ciders and super friendly and helpful staff. All in all best place for any kind of gathering and get together time. Highly recommend booking ahead of the visit as they operate table service onl
It's an old traditional pub located in Clifton village. We went for a lunch on Saturday with friends and everyone had a nice time. They have limited food options, but the quality of food is on the spot. We had calamari and spicy chicken wings for starter and fish and chips as a main. There is no dou
Love love love this place! I had the battered haddock and it was literally the best fish and chips I have ever had. My friend had the steak and she said it was excellent. For dessert we shared an amazing sticky toffee pudding - it was heavenly. They have a good selection of beers and ciders and the
Fantastic little place, can’t recommend the roast highly enough if you’re in the local area. Great service and reasonable prices for the quality/quantity of food.
Well what can I say but a perfect experience 2 days in a row! Great food, fabulous service and they were so dog friendly. The team are very nice and so attentive. The best meal out we’ve had for a long time and so pleased we picked The Albion for catching up with our friends today :-)
Amazing food, staff and atmosphere! We came here for a light bite and a few drinks on a Saturday night. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, also very attentive! The food was incredible 🤤 We had the fish sharing platter and it was so tasty and great value for money. We followed this with th
We were a table of five and choose to sit outside in the pretty courtyard, although the interior was well decorated and looked very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much to ask. We shared a bottle of prosecco and a mixed seafood platter. Everything was reasonably priced,
Absolutely brilliant pub. All the food was spectacular and proper portions. The wings to start were epic and my onglet steak was perfect. Anna our waitress was lovely and really looked after us. 10/10
Lovely pub atmosphere with stunning food and a great monday night steak deal
Usually good reliable food here. On this visit a couple of small errors made with our steak order but thru dealt with it quickly and easily do no big hassle. Monday steak night is good value if you are around then 👍
My friends and I had a Sunday roast here, and it was sublime. We all opted for the pork and were not disappointed. The portion was substantial, the meat was seasoned and cooked to perfection, the yorkshire pudding was the size of my face (a good thing), and the veg was fresh. We added crackling on
A great pub, table service inside and out, food is varied and plentyful. Staff are friendly helpful and efficient. Toilets are on first floor but there is a disabled toilet on the ground floor. The bar had many local drinks on tap and the decor is homely and welcoming.
Reunion with some old school friends from the 80s. Disappointed to see the pub has gone up market with table only service for drinks. I feel it has lost a lot of its traditional charm and character. Staff were friendly.
Excellent service. The staff were all really lovely, helpful and efficient. The food was freshly cooked and tasty. We had a delightful lunch.
