the person that served us was absolutely wonderful, she was so kind and friendly; and made us feel so welcome. food aside, i would go back just to see her again! i truly hope this business does well because service like that is hard to come by.

Glad we did, all the interactions with the personnel were very pleasant, they offered starters on the house. The food was delicious. Will definitely go again. Next time will probably get more than one bottle of wine

This is our 'occasions' restaurant when we want the family around. Celebrations, Birthdays, Anniversaries etc. Also, when we have some bad news to process as a family. It is a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and chef. The food is great and it copes well with a suitable menu for all ages.

We have eaten Italian food all over Tuscany and Ciao is the closest we’ve come in Bristol. This is a proper family restaurant run by a lovely Italian family.

I stumbled yesterday at this restaurant by accident with my girlfriend. Was not expecting to find a good Sicilian pizza in the UK. It was A M A Z I N G! And the staff was frinedly and welcoming!

I loved the food and the restaurant, the staff were excellent too. However, I had to knock a star off as they were advertising several cheap lunch options that weren't actually available which I thought was a bit cheeky.
