The Blaise Inn - Bristol - Photo album

Food extremely good. Well cooked, tasty and well presented. Had the braised Rump which was very good, and wife said her Onglet Steak was very good too. Only downside was we waited about 25mins for our food but it could be that we were the first sitting for the evening, having booked a table for 6pm.
Fantastic sunday lunch. Food was very good, had the roast pork, beautifully cooked with a nice selection of vegetables. Hadn't intended to have starters, but the menu was so tempting couldn't resist the cuttlefish. The service was exceptional, really attentive without being intrusive. Lovely atmosp
Had a lovely family meal at The Blaise Inn on Saturday. It is beautifully decorated for Christmas so has a lovely cosy pub atmosphere. Both meat-eaters and veggies alike enjoyed the Christmas menu and desserts. Perfect location for a wander to the castle after dinner too. Overall highly recommend -
Have eaten here a few times now and each time have had lovely meals. I'm vegetarian, but as menu changes regularly, have never had to repeat meals. Wine prices not a rip-off like chains always are ... hello The Ivy! Can park on Kings Weston Road and walk back if car park full. Often packed in evenin
Beautiful small pub on the road side. Selection of good beers for thirsty hiker. Thank you.
What a great meal we had, the meat just broke up tasted delicious, it is a real old pub setting lots of atmosphere. Service was excellent, I believe the waitress serving is part owner with the chef, not just 100% on this fact. Worth a visit Merc
Brilliant pub - lovely atmosphere, fairly good pricing and a good range of Bristol Brewery drinks, they're always rotating. Few board games to play while you have a pint.
Sunday lunch was really good. There were vegetarian options on all sections of the menu. The sweet Potatoe and feta parcel was excellent. The meat dinners looked the part and our friends said it was good. All dinners had Yorkshire! Yey. Nice bottle of Voigner at a good price for being out circa £23
Great spot for a Sunday roast, we had the pork belly and it was delicious and cracking nice and crunchy! Potatoes and Yorkshire puddings were crispy and you can tell homemade!! Rhubarb crumble for dessert was sweet and tangy with gorgeous custard! Would highly recommend!!
Cozy country pub, Independence on tap, Sunday roast looks great but fully booked, nice bright outdoor space
Just in for drinks. Staff really welcoming and a great atmosphere. Looking forward to trying menu next time
Excellent all round for an evening meal. Highly recommend. We had all the courses & loved every single one. Looking forward to returning for Sunday lunch.
Really nice atmosphere, service was impeccable. I went with the recommended drink and it was wonderful. An enjoyable experience overall.
Lovely atmosphere, good beer, wonderful food, good value for money, friendly service. Really enjoyed my visit with 2 relatives.
Lovely pub and staff. Tasteful decoration. People and Dog friendly! Toilets really nice and clean. What a find!
Table booked for two, for lunch, bank holiday Easter Friday. What a warm welcome and an excellent level of service throughout our three courses. This was not your usual batch freezer/microwave pub food, this was fresh and soooo tasty. We were spoilt for choice and will be back for more!
Started off in the beer garden, which is excellent, and then later retired to the bar, the atmosphere and staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend a visit.
