The Rose Of Denmark - Bristol - Photo album

A beautiful pub that’s been around for generations. Please help that continue folks. It deserves it, as does Hotwells. Use it or lose it. No one wants to see another decent boozer gone, surely. 🤞🏼
Used to be that famous, knowledge-game place with a really home-like atmosphere back in 2007, but it has changed. Not that it's bad now, absolutely not! The staff is very nice and friendly and you can get a decent drinks and local Bristol Gin!
One of my favourite pubs, sat on the sofas just playing cards. Friendly, local pub. Good vibe, everything you want in Bristol's finest pub.
Excellent Sunday roast and wonderful beer. Friendly service and great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
My family and I just had a roast dinner at The Rose and it was delicious. Roasters were crispy and fluffy and the gravy was beyond tasty! The staff that served us were lovely and very accommodating. A credit to the team. I would highly recommend a visit and will be returning very soon.
Nice place, has a nice bonfire smell. Service is pleasant, drink choice is standard. Food menu is extensive and broad.
Nice pub, good outdoor space. Nice inside. Good prices and nice staff. Update: pub gets better. Great staff, nice food, good prices. Definitely worth a visit or 10. Update: the pub remains a friendly, welcoming venue. Reasonable prices. Good for pre / post match football and rugby for drink and food
The Rose of Denmark certainly knows how to do a great roast. Rich gravy with perfectly cooked veg. The interior is pleasant, although was relatively bare on my last visit, meaning there are cosier around. This shouldn't put you off, however; well worth a visit
Lovely roast dinner on a wet Sunday in a cosy pub. Very reasonable priced food and charming staff. Nice pint of Timothy Taylor too! Will be back.
Great Sunday roasts and a good selection of beers is what we tried. The staff was very friendly and the place is tastefully decorated. I'll come back next time I come to Bristol
