Location is amazing next to the airport, the service was brilliant, the guy behind the bar smashed it considering it was busy and he was on his own.
The food was beautifully cooked and great portion size.
The only downfall would be the beds being so hard and it could do with triple glazing.
Apart from that a really enjoyable experience
Popped in to eat on the way home from Bristol Airport
Warm welcome and massive portions. Our kids loved the ham egg and chips.
Food took a reassuringly long time to arrive and tasted freshly cooked.
Staff were friendly.
Great food and drink very reasonably priced excellent service we are staying close by so we can fly early morning and this was the perfect pub thank you ☺️
It's getting 4 stars because they couldn't do me an Irish coffee at the end of my meal, but otherwise, it was a lovely meal and I'm very pleased to say that I would be looking forward to coming back again.
😁
Used this place following a late flight arrival at Bristol. Helpful late check in available, comfortable clean room with coffee making facilities, cooked breakfast was good and the owner friendly and helpful.
Had dinner here with my wife and daughter on route to Bristol airport, very nice restaurant menu was good everything we ordered was well cooked and very tasty.
We only ate there but our food was lovely and the service was good too
Didn't stay, so couldn't rate the rooms. The food was amazing, and a lot of it. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. This is a stone's throw from the Silver carpark to the Airport.
Nice clean pub, very close to the airport. Food was amazing and very good.
We were looking for somewhere for a late lunch and happened upon this pub, set on a busy road but surprisingly couldn’t hear any traffic once inside. They start serving from 14.00pm.
We are glad to have found this pub, the food was very impressive. Tasty, good quality and a perfectly sized portion for each of us. The chips were the best I’ve had at a pub. There was a varied selection of meals to chose from; fish & chips, pie, curries, burgers, plus a choice of starters and desserts and kids options.
It was a touch on the more expensive side compared to your average pub, the chicken tikka skewer dish was £15.95 and the FAT burger £17.95 + an extra £1 for cheese. A lime & soda was £3 and a shandy was £4.30.
I wouldn’t knock a star off though due to the impressive taste of our meals. The host was friendly and greeted us with smiles and compliments. We will recommend to others and return if we are in the area again.
Nicely decorated restaurant with a good selection of food, mainly curry which was very tasty. Annoyingly Sunday roast was still advertised on the wall but no longer on the menu. However pleasant atmosphere although the waiter insisted on calling everyone Dear! I did mean to mention that it's not how younger people address older people in the UK. Should address customers by Sir or Madam. Please note.
Room fantastic food excellent service very good.
Went here for a meal b4 our flight , food was amazing, tastiest I've had in a long time. Staff were so helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely visit again.
Came here after we booked a stay at a near by hotel, food was stunning service was cook only issue I had personally was staff could be a little more friendly however I quickly got over this when given a thank you and goodbye from who I could only assume was the manager. Excellent ale great wine and stellar food, enough said. Will return if I am ever in the area
