Popped in for a sweet breakfast. Coffee was excellent so was the huge cinnamon swirl (over half eaten in photo). Friendly helpful staff too. Definitely on my return list when next in Bristol.

After a buffet and looking like a fat Snorlax that was too big to even fit in a pokeball we found this neat cafe. Very calm and easy going. Nice coffee and staff regardless of how me and my family were very vocal on how the vegan buffet tasted as bland as a piece of paper; my nan’s sock has more salt than any of the food that was served. Luckily you won’t find that here.

All smiles at Society this morning. I hadn't been back to Bristol for a year or two but it's so lovely to see new locations open, and this one is particularly beautiful, spacious, and with their usual welcoming service and outstanding coffee. Thank you Society team 🙌

Their coffee and teas come from trusted suppliers. I met one of the coffee managers from Origin coffee and they are a B CERT company which means even stricter ethics than the classic fairtrade label. It's a great team of lovely people who give their best every day to make people's lives a bit special. I love this cafe. My only criticism is that they might consider paying someone to wash cups instead of tenpence to throwaway a paper cup. I think there's plenty of room in that building. (I'm a waste reduction specialist @societycafe call me for professional advice😉)

This is a large coffee shop that sells to provide everything. Places to work and enjoy coffee, places to socialise.. And enjoy coffee, coffee to buy, cakes to enjoy. It is busy though, they adapt to this well but bear in mind it can queue out the door

If you're looking for a place to sit down, have a break and maybe do a little work, this is a solid choice. If you want that unique Bristol vibe, it may be a bit lacking. This is a lovely coffee shop, but goes to show smaller venues seem to have more character. This is quite a big location, with open plan spaces and lots of tables. That's great, but with Bristol offering so many unique and interesting experiences, this felt a wee bit flat. There were some nice items to buy, but without prices which is a pet peeve of mine. There is a big BUT! These are small things that reduced my recommendation. It was clean, with great coffee and the service was really good. Far better than most places you could up in.

The interior is lovely and spacious, very pleasant to sit for a coffee and work in, or just to catch up with a friend. The environment is very welcoming with lots of natural light, comfortable chair/sofas and plants strewn around. The staff was very friendly. Quality coffee and the brownie was yummy. Amazing location as well, right next to the river and if you sit in the right spot you can enjoy your coffee while watching the harbor. ☺️ They have outside tables too. Usually it’s a bit busy on weekends. Highly recommend!☕️🧘🏼‍♀️

Lovely interior with tons of space that is very pleasant to sit and work in or meet a friend. The staff are very friendly and of all the cafes I’ve been to in Bristol, I find Society trains their employees very well overall in working with coffee. The coffee is very good, always having a selection featuring at least two roasters. They also offer a variety of brewing methods and will happily advise you if you need help, which is always appreciated. Amazing location as well, right next to the water. If you sit in the right spot you can even watch the boats just outside 😌🧘🏻‍♂️☕️

Feel so warm in Society Cafe with great coffee and super friendly staff welcoming us that day! We loved their board with tasting note and all the things there for reference. We picked latte and flat white that day. Their coffee are roasted by @roundhillcoffee Tasting note with milk are almond and croissant, which is REALLY getting these 2 tastes in the coffee. The aftertaste and aroma were super nice as well! Love it A LOT!!

Absolutely wonderful Café that carries some amazing specialty coffee and extremely personal and helpful employees. I discovered Society Café purely by coincidence during my trip to Bristol while I was looking around for Beans to bring home. The interior feels very welcoming with lots of Natural light and comfortable furniture and plants strewn around. Once you enter the counter carrying lovely cakes is right ahead, while the wall to your left carries different speciality coffee and brewing equipment. Underneath the shelves are fridges carrying a variety of cold drinks, including their amazing in-house cold brew. Dan from staff came over to me while I was browsing their lovely guest beans. He was very helpful in helping me pick something according to my preference and we talked a bit about speciality coffee. He was even kind enough to invite my friend and me to an event the following day. The entire crew working on our days visiting was wonderfully accomodating. The prepared drinks were carefully prepared each time and the quality was easy to taste. I'm looking forward to my next time visiting. 💙
