Whilst based in Bath we had a day out in Bristol and decided to walk up to the Clifton Suspension Bridge and found the Pump House on the way. Sitting outside in the sunshine we had poached eggs, black pudding and potato rosti which was absolutely delicious.
Nice spot for a roast! When you make a reservation it's for a table inside. Definitely take advantage of the outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Roast was solid and there were so many options outside of thr traditional beef, pork and nut! I highly recommend the Ogleshield cauliflower cheese!
Had the best service and food at The Pump House last night. We had the allotment starter, the gurnard and their new pumpkin tart dish. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.
