Great food, can recommend the beer can chicken. Our teenage son loves the corn ribs! Their own no-alcohol lager is very refreshing, similar in style to Erdinger. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Love this place. Cozy and warm atmosphere. Family friendly too. Very knowledgeable staff at the bar who clearly gave us info on the differences of the ales and helped us make good choices too. Love the drinks and food (very filling, lightly battered fish and chips). Friendly staff overall. Had a very pleasant experience.
UPDATE: Just had a nice dinner with family yesterday and it's still one of our favourite pubs in the neighbourhood. Friendly, welcoming, and professional staff. Vibe is relaxed and laidback. Lots of options in the menu, including for vegetarians/vegans. They could, however, make some improvements in the portion size of the calamari but it was tasty. Overall, a good experience once again.
I visited Saturday on the brewing experience day which was an awesome experience day led by Tom and assisted by Walt. We were made very welcome, every aspect of the brewing process was carefully explained by Tom and we were able to assist with the process. Tom is a very good teacher with knowledge and experience which he willingly shares. We were included as though we were part of his team and not merely casual visitors. A wide choice of food was available from the menu for our lunch and we enjoyed excellent beer throughout the day. And a 5 litre keg to take home
Stopped in for lunch on a trip to Bristol with the dogs. Staff are very friendly and attentive, drink options were extensive with some good craft options and the food menu had plenty of choice.
My wife ordered one of the lunchtime specials (duck rosti) and proclaimed it delicious. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and yep, I concur. Very good burger, though smaller than I expected. Made up for it with the deliciousness though. Also one of the best mac n cheese sides I've had!
Dogs were also well looked after, with water bowls provided along with table water (also provided unrequested, but gratefully!)
We visited for a Brewery Experience Day with Tom, which was absolutely fantastic. Tom is extremely knowledgeable but, most importantly, incredibly personable. All of the beers we tried were excellent and the food couldn't be faulted - well worth the visit!
Just sat down at noon to have a quick drink. We sat outside because of the nice weather, and although we ordered through the QR code menu system, we waited a little longer for the drinks. Then again, it is quite the massive place inside and it was busy. I had the Pimm’s and Lemonade, which was really refreshing, albeit there was a slightly strange aftertaste. The place seems pretty chill overall.
Warm welcome when we arrived and shown to table. Really helpful regarding food choices and the Korean chicken burger was really good. Beer choice was described and time taken to tell us what the beers were like. Good all round experience.
The staff were all friendly and attentive. Digby was especially helpful with drinks choices. The Steak Rice Bowl was delicious!
Me and my partner did the whiskey and beer pairing, the host was lovely and a good laugh. Brilliant idea for a gift, the whiskeys were shots sized but you got 5 different whiskeys and 5 beers which were half pints + a lovely meal. Well worth the money and will definitely visit the pub again.
Really great venue, nicely designed interior, super friendly staff, really good menu, food was prompt and very tasty indeed, a definite recommend!
This pub has a deservedly excellent reputation. They offer a superb collection of locally and house-brewed beer, as well as cracking pub grub. It's also quite simply a nice place to be. There's a glowing warmth to it, and it's a perfect spot to relax with friends over a pint and a an assortment of battered snacks
Visited the Brewhouse and kitchen a few days ago. Lovely selection of draught beer, and service with a smile. Shoutout to Hannah who really has great knowledge and made and excellent recommendation! Will be returning.
Great selection of drinks and great food. Was there in ‘The Library’ as part of a function, although a little small in terms of seats, very good for people stood talking and drinking. TV in the function room which we were able to use for a slide. Great work! Thanks guys!
Came here yesterday with my wife for a burger and a flight of their beer. I used a 'buy a gift' voucher a was given last Christmas that I forgot about.
Really nice food, quickly served and helpful staff. We also had a desert each which was also tasty. Would definitely eat here again.
Parking is a bit of a pain, not too bad if you're on a motorcycle though 😀
Great selection of beers - many brewed on premise. American style brew house with wings, burgers, chicken and sandwiches for food. Good for lunch, drinks or dinner!

Bought my cousin the beer tasting experience as a birthday present- was not disappointed!! Simon was so knowledgeable and just an all round great guy. The food was amazing and the beers even better- can’t wait to try the gin tasting!
