The roast was amazing, colourful dish, and everything was really tasty, the place is clean, tidy and in good condition, and tables are the right distance each other. Probably the knifes are not the sharpest that doesn’t help with cracklings. £19 for roast
The Hort's Town house was recommended by my brother. We were glad we stayed here! The service, rooms and food were second to none! The rooms were tastefully decorated and clean. The service was first class and food delicious. We had a deal which includes breakfast and one dinner. I recommend the ful
I visited this place hoping for a roast, but they stopped serving it after 6 pm. Instead, I had the Catch of the day, which was decent and fresh but nothing extraordinary. On the bright side, the drink was good and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a shame they couldn't fulfill my
What a great place. By good luck some beer testing was going on, thus some complementary half pints. Great catch of the day, and as I personally appreciate: FRIENDLY SERVICE, that all what one need. Fish many are serving
We booked a room at Horts for our anniversary, as we loved it for drinks previously before the refurbishment. The hotel and bar are now gorgeous. Clean and art deco in design with beautiful thoughtful touches. The staff are friendly and happy to help. Amazing drinks selection at the bar, the room wa
Beautiful boutique hotel in love with interior design. Friendly staff and lovely ambience. If you fancy for a tasty food and chill down time, this is your place 😊
What a great night we had. Thanks to Coco our waitress who was fabulous and the manager who promised us a good table for the rugby and came up trumps. The best Guinness I had all weekend too. We’ll done all.
Beautiful place, the return of Hort's was a pleasant surprise the interior is stunning and the food was great, nice selection of draft beers. Will be back next weekend.
Just had our first roast in the newly refurbished Townhouse. What can I say, great service and a superb Sunday roast. We have already booked us in for another one.
The staff and managers were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Hort's Townhouse to my friends and family. Thank you all for helping make our day special 🙂.
Went here to eat before a concert, the staff were absolutely lovely, so helpful and as a very fussy eater I was still able to find something on the menu that suited me. The fish is the best I have ever had, honestly 10/10 service and I will definitely be coming back when I'm next passing through Bri
UPDATE 09/04/23: Hort's now reopen as Hotel / Bar. Had a Sunday roast and the quality was excellent. The service is what really stood out 10/10, fantastic! However, Horts has now lost some of its character and felt sterile , it's more like a hotel restaurant than the pub I knew before, and the most
Didn’t fancy a big buffet breakfast our hotel was offering. So pleased we came here instead. Very impressed with each item we had particularly the haddock cheddar skillet. Coffee was surprisingly good too.
A big quiet for a lunch, but service was excellent and the food was great. Six of us covered a lot of the menu and all declared the were impressed. Fish and chips and fish of the day were the best. Looked and tasted great.
My wife and her daughter stayed in a lovely room here. The staff are superb. Excellent breakfast. Very large, comfortable and well-appointed room. Great, friendly service. Brilliant!
