We booked a table whilst shopping during the day - it was my husband's birthday so thought it would be nice to go somewhere different to eat. We signed up during the day for zillionares club when we booked the table for the evening. We won free cheesy garlic bread. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and plenty and of great quality. Really enjoyed our evening here.

There are also a number of vegetarian and vegan options available. Inside is a modern, stylish interior with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the service is generally quick and efficient

Tasty and well presented meals, with the exception of the starter as the rice and cheese croquettes were quite small and on a large plate.
The rustic pizza was very good, but could use a little more cheese.
Starters and Deserts are always amazing at Zizi's, though the mains can be a little hit and miss, service at this one in particular was excellent we had a lovely server who was friendly and attentive, the food came quickly, we used our meerkat meals so were able to get 2 4 1 on mains and desert but they always do great set menu options too with 2 or 3 courses for a set amount and we have always found these options to be full of option! The deserts are always super creative, this time they were doing an apple pie calzone, was really tasty!!
Brilliant restaurant, couples, families, everyone. Absolutely amazing food, relatively well priced for the size (18in) of the pizzas. They were delicious and took 10(!?)mins to arrive which was crazy but that's what you get with such a huge pizza oven. Really high quality, staff were all so happy and friendly too, very enthusiastic and that's what I love to see at a restaurant. 10/10, absolutely will go there again when I'm in Bristol.

Very tasty food. Nice staff, but I don’t like that is preferable there to order from your phone. I think if you go to a restaurant is nice to talk to the waiter hear about any special food they have ect. People need people. 😊
Good restaurant. Came in without a reservation and it wasn't busy at all in the pre lunch hours. Staff were friendly and ordering process was easy with scanning a code and ordering online. Food arrived super quick and it was very good.
We had the pasta crisps for a starter and a Pepperoni pizza as the main 🍕
One pizza was good for 2 people who at the time were not starving.
Good food and good price- be aware that if you get any free items that you then can’t apply student discount.
Came here during a busy lunch with the in-laws. Slight hiccup with varied food waiting times across the table, understandable with how busy you were. Nonetheless, staff super polite, friendly and accommodating. Offered a complimentary round for a minor mistake which was a lovely gesture.

One of the best meals I've had in a long time! Simple, rustic Italian food cooked well and packed with flavour. Service was quick and polite, even though the restaurant was busy. We went on a "40% off" night, and found the food to be incredibly good value, even if it were full price. The only drawback is that on a busy night in a high ceiling room, it was very very noisy, and we struggled to hear the waiter at times. Great experience though, would definitely go back :)
It was a not soo busy Friday evening and we stopped by for a dinner. There wasn't too many guests and there were only 2 waiters. They were friendly, however, it took them quite some time to get to us to place the order and then get us served. Food was nice, however some parts of my rustica picante were way too hot for anyone to enjoy eating it. If it's meant to be like that fine, they should mark it extra spicy on the menu. However, this seemed to be like someone dropped too much chilli 🌶 on some parts of the pizza. Nowher ein Italy this would be soo hot.
The prawns were really good but the pizza a big meh!
I come here often with my friend, who is a wheelchair user. The staff here are always so accommodating and are more than happy to meet our different needs and requirements. The food is delicious! To summarise, this place has great food, is filled with kind people, and has a wonderful atmosphere!

Zizzi is a firm family fav and we visit often to any branch we can find!
I want to give a special mention to the superb service and polite nature of our server today Marek...he was excellent from start to finish. Also another special mention to Emily who we could see was very busy but she still managed to listen in to our requests and serve us too - mainly our fussy kids!!
Service aside our food was great as always and we left feeling very content like always - the Prawn spiedini was yummy!
