Had our wedding in the garden of the Duck and Willow. The food was delicious, the groom has a dairy allergy and they went above and beyond to cater for the allergy, without losing quality. The set up was tasteful and all the staff were wonderful and very sweet. If you want to organise an easy wedding venue, this is the place to book, especially undercover. It doesn't matter when it rains. They reserved some parking spaces for us and there is plenty of parking nearby for guests. Loved being here.
Our new local! Staff are friendly and attentive, food has been delicious on both of our 2 visits, we feel blessed! 😋 We've celebrated 2 birthdays here and have been treated so well. Can't wait to try the breakfasts and bring the kids for Sunday lunch. Would they let me bring my 90s record collection and be dj for a night tho......? always worth asking innit!
Fantastic food!!! Went here for Mother's Day Sunday lunch and the roasts were amazing! Every part was cooked beautifully and the desserts also were on point!!
Had to wait an hour for our food (which was pre-booked) otherwise would be 5 stars.

We had the steak for two. Very impressed, the steak was cooked perfectly it's clear that they have a very good chef who cares about the food they're serving. It was refreshing to see hearty sides, proper pub food alongside a high quality well cooked steak.
Very friendly service and great atmosphere, it felt like a real pub, it can be tough to find such good food and a local pub feel but they offer it all.
Will definitly be returning.
Beautiful little pub. My family and I was greeted by Max upon arrival and he was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was spot on and faultless in everyway. I would definitely recommend and travel over the bridge to visit again. Thank you.

The food was amazing. They were really accommodating towards my vegan diet and had lots on offer. Such a wide variety. They even had dressing that were vegan! Everything was great even though the weather wasn't bad. The only problem was that it was a bit windy and the umbrella went flying over the wall, and it was a bit scary and dangerous for those sitting nearby. I didn't see it happen, but I heard about it. But they were so accommodating with the food, the chef was great.
Popular, child friendly pub serving Sunday lunch. Reasonable food, slightly limited (e.g. no roast lamb). Polite and rapid service. We sat outside - the music seemed a little intrusive inside - near the small play area. Excellent Guinness. Not a destination but a very acceptable venue

Nice friendly staff, accommodated a table for us without a booking. Enjoyed the food, just felt the wine list could have done with a few more on there, lacking a NZ Sauv! X
We had an outdoor barbecue, and the chef was brilliant. He had lots of vegan options, even cheese and salad things, as well as vegan burgers, poppy seedbuns, and vegan skewers, also vegan potato salad and coleslaw. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Lovely meal with my family (kids eat free 12-9). Staff were really friendly and food was great. Good selection of beer too
Went here with a friend, we arrived early and were seated immediately on what looked like a rather busy evening, drink orders were taken by lovely attentive staff, swiftly followed by a rundown on the specials that evening.
We took ages to order and staff were very patient with us and even asked if they could help with further explanations on some dishes.
Wonderful food, steak was perfect and we both had a lovely evening, it seemed that everyone around us were also commenting on how lovely their meals were.
Food was incredible but the service could have been better. Asked for a side dish as a starter and unfortunately this was not communicated to the kitchen so we ended up with it with our main meal. Not a big deal though. But the food more than made up for it
