I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant during a day trip to Bristol from London. Every member of staff we encountered was extremely kind and helpful. I have allergies and they were very careful to make sure that the dishes I chose were all right. A lot of restaurants just throw a dietary list at you and leave you to it, but they actually spoke to me too and gave it the personal touch, which was much appreciated.
The place was beautiful, I was mesmerised by the ceiling art. It was clean and well presented. The food was delicious. I had lamb shoulder which was soft and juicy. I didn’t know chick peas could be so tasty! I had Mac and cheese with it and that was delicious too. My teenager’s buttermilk chicken was a bit on the dry side and I did have to wait a very long time for the bill, but honestly those two little things really didn’t take away from the overall experience. Next time I come to Bristol I would surely come here again.
The food unfortunately did let them down, the award winning rosti did not live up to it's expectation and the sausage could have been bigger. The brioche was toasted beautifully, and the food was piping hot. The staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome with friendly conversation. The decor of the place was amazing! Maybe the chef was just having an off day!
We came to the cosy club for breakfast and loved it.
The place looks very impressive, spacious and bright. There are plenty of tables for a wide range of group sizes.
The menu has a wide variety of dishes for any taste. The food was delivered quickly and delicious 😋
For just £30 I and my wife had a wonderful breakfast 👍🏼
Dropped into the Bristol cosy club at the last minute. What a spectacular venue. We were greeted and welcomed, the service was excellent. We had the summer risotto and salmon with noodles plus a couple of cheeky cocktails . The food was great value and tasty. The cocktail beautiful. The place was buzzing and made for a lovely first trip to a Cosy Club.
The most beautiful building, incredible surroundings. Popped in for brunch while visiting Bristol & the food was really delicious, fresh & piping hot. Service was good; there was a mistake made by our waitress who brought out the wrong meal for one of us but this was quickly corrected & she was very apologetic. Would definitely come back next time I am in the city
Superb beautiful building-it was a bank in the 1850s (National Provincial), look around at everything and enjoy the setting. It’s wait to be seated which is good, we just had cocktails, head Barman experienced and helped out, enjoyed the busy atmosphere, if you want to eat there are many areas for lounge seating informal bites and also other areas for more formal dining. Fabulous and recommend it when in Bristol.
The food was very tasty and well presented. The wine was good.
The waitress was very nice.
The music was very good, all 60's blues and soul.
The place is unusual and special.
I had a very relaxing time.
The seabass dish was just amazing 😍.
Make sure to make a reservation! Me and my friend went when visiting Bristol and felt a bit umder dressed, but other than that had an amazing experience. They were fairly busy, but you could tell they were doing their best and working as a team. I had a chicken burger with a black forest martini. Absolutely delicious!
Stunning interiors and the food matched. We ordered a medium steak however found it was too chewy so asked them to cook it for longer. The peppercorn sauce was incredible! Also ordered the duck salad which has amazing flavours.
It is in a great location and the building is stunning inside. I kept looking at the ceiling details. I went for breakfast and had a stack of pancakes with a couple drinks. All tasted great and the service was quick and attentive.
