The best burger I've ever had in the entire UK. So tender with a special flavored sauce. The staff were really welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is cosy and calm with a view of the Bristol bridge.

I always appreciate a place where you can get garlic mayo in your burger. It’s a typical inclusion in burgers in Finland so I always enjoy when I can get it elsewhere.
It’s funny, it didn’t even occur to me that this place was on a boat, you can’t really tell in the dark!
Only issue is that it felt a little humid (it was raining outside) and loud/busy in there, so just a heads up that this is more of a lively spot than a chilled one.
I’d happily go again.
We found this place by coincidence during our two-day visit to Bristol.
We were strolling down the street by the riverside, and we decided to eat something there. We scanned the code on the table, and we read the menu and ordered.
A bit later, the burgers and chips 🍟arrived, and not only did they look yummy, but they were yummy too. All three of us agreed that they were one of the best 🍔 we've eaten. Highly recommended!
Having eaten here a lot in the past, I was immensely pleased to see that the quality of food had improved since the COVID pandemic. Three Brothers has finally risen back to the status of “local legend” after its poor quality and performance during the pandemic likening the restaurant to an over priced McDonald’s clone.
I was very pleased to see the skin-on chips replace the frozen McFries. And the famous chilli finally re-included the beef brisket and beef shin that was lacking from its kidney bean infested tinned product of a few years ago.
Food was excellent and great value.
The Vegans in our party were extremely happy with the quality and scope of the menu also.
Our server may as well have been a robot. It was Saint Paul’s Carnival the day before so I presume she was hungover as hell. Which isn’t a problem but she could have at least tried.
Great place to catch up and grab something to eat. When we turned up there was a queue. With the surrounding restaurants empty. That's a great advert. The burgers were well cooked and very tasty. Service was excellent 👌
Phenomenal spot for burgers in Bristol, located on the waterside close to Queen's Square (and just next to The Apple for an after dinner drink). Fantastic food, and by no means a beef monopoly: I had a creative and delicious jerk chicken burger, and the veggie options are as extensive as the meat menu. Can't wait to come back and sample the lunch deal!
a lively place with amazing burgers! can get quite loud inside with the music but a great restaurant nonetheless. my partner had the bbq burger and i had the avocado one. both were amazing but i enjoyed his burger a lot more 😂 must visit in bristol!
Great burgers, fries and beers. Choose whichever burger and topping you fancy - it's hard to go wrong when you start with a decent burger in a good bun. The star of the show is the Dirty Hot Fries though. A messy bowl of cheesy, spicy goodness. Thoroughly recommended.
Great food. Non-optional service charge is added to your bill and QR ordering are the negatives. I would highly recommend the milkshakes, and there's a great lunch time deal.
Great atmosphere for a drink or for a burger. Right next to the river, lot of seats inside and outside and easy to order through a QR code. And all of their burgers are available in vegetarian or vegan version
This is the best ever burger place in town. The Burger is massively tasty and the price is fair. The only thing is, you can order only trough the mobile phone by scanning a QR Code in your desk. This is the only way for the waiter and the kitchen to know where you're. I kind of like the old style menu, so struggled a bit but... The burger was worth of it, very likely I am going to come back.
Amazing food, atmosphere and good vibes. Lovely staff who were very friendly and hospitable. Will definitely be coming back here!
We stopped by this restaurant as we were in the mood for burgers - the food was great and service was good, my only slight gripe is the music was absolutely thumping making it hard to have a conversation. Great for vegetarians.

Good burger. Weird that they add a service charge when you order & pay via an app. But the topped fries were amazing!
Tasty burgers and sides, friendly service and a unique location. I also liked ordering via QR Code, very sleek. This was also one of the few cheese burgers where you really tasted the cheese. 👍
We couldn’t actually sit on the boat, it was either on the street where we were under constant surveillance of a seagull (which ended up gobbling up our leftover ranch sauce after we had left 😂), or on the inside of the house, where they continuously blasted music at deafening volume (which is why we went outside).
On the bright side, the burgers are excellent. I especially enjoy their blue bro burger. I don’t especially enjoy their insistence on a service charge. When we first started coming, you got the full table service package, and no service charge. For some baffling reason, they reduced the service while adding a service charge. For 10% they put the tray of food on the table without a word. I’m more than happy to go and pick the burger up from the kitchen myself. A word to the wise, while ordering online now you can click the service charge and it gives you the option to remove it.
Great lunch with great burgers. The place was nice and warm with a good atmosphere, when the burgers arrived we both agreed they were some of the best burgers in Bristol. Ended up spending quite a bit, but you could definitely do one of their meal deals to have a good burger on the cheap. Will definitely be going again and recommending to others.
